Because you're a guy and guys don't get to choose whether to have kids ir not. Women make that decision for them. Men can only have kids if women give them permission to.
Barring some exceptional cases, if you're male, 30+ and have no kids, it's because women decided that your genes are unworthy of being passed down.

So when you say "nah I don't want to have kids" people can tell you're trying to pass it off as if it was your decision, and feel disgusted by that.
