I eat a cup of it every day, mix in some berries and it's a good snack. Low in calories high in protein. Would recommend.

Good for breakfast. I put spenda, protein powder, powdered peanut butter, and fat free whip cream in my greek yogurt. Might give you acne because of all the dairy

top tier for the stomach. Stick to the plain good brands like chobani tho all the sugar in the flavored kinds is not good.

mix with chocolate protein powder and water to make pudding

I mix it in with oatmeal most mornings.

love it, i eat a cup everyday. I get the Kirkland Signature plain greek yogurt and mix in a scoop of protein powder.

Thanks for the input, planning on getting berries and granola to incorporate

I have to get 300+ g protein a day. I eat an entire 32 oz tub of non-fat greek yogurt a day. Currently double fisting my pound of beef and my yo tub.

t. 6'9" on a bulk

What the fuck is fat free whipped cream? Cream is literally the fatty stuff that floats to the top of milk. Why is there the stupidest fat free shit. what's next, fat free lard?

ymmv, but I find fresh quark has better ratios for a cheaper product.

Greek yogurt is one of the best things in existence

Second best to skyr. Scandis are king at cultured milk products

Only Skyr.

It's fine, but you might as well just make a protein shake with milk.

Based. Skyr is for the truly enlightened. Take the Skyr pill and never look back, user.

Gotta get those sick probiotic gains though, plus yogurt tastes good af

Food tip: make something spicy, like chili con carne with fuckton of chili and cayanne pepper, and eat it with turkish/greek yogurt on top. Balances it out nicely.

Here to redpill people on skyr.
