Btw, the part where I counted to 30 when when I put it at the absolute coldest. Usually I make it to 1min but I wasn't sure how long Vocaroo could record so I limited it to 1min yesterday
This is the most autistic thing I've ever seen and I'm a part time tard wrangler.

Man you wouldn't believe how fucking hard at that bro, lost all my breathe and sent my sides to space. I'm proud of you though Ape man, you're not the hero Jow Forums deserves but you're a hero I'm proud to have.
It’s 12:31 am and I’ve just woken everybody up with my sides, thank you user

Done only cold showers the last month, I don't make any sounds anymore. I can stand perfectly calm most times for few mins easy. Anons I highly recommend it. I have really dry skin and cold showers helps with that, makes my skin feel good. Oh and the mental benefits + what are you a pussy? It's just cold water
are you people so undisciplined you can't even handle a cold shower? i am dyel and don't even exercise, and I've been taking cold showers for about a year now, just turn the water to the coolest and do it wtf fellas
Julian Baker
Since I started my fully-fasted NoFapNoPornNoMediaNoScreen pure silence cold shower barefoot 4am navy seal lonewolf monkmode asstograss purestrength NoAesthetics 5x5 program I've added 10 lbs a month to my squats!
Dylan Morales
The isn't isn't so much discipline it's literally a physiological reaction for some people's breath to cut out under cold water.
Christopher Powell
haha well done mate keep it up
Adam Bailey
which can be controled by discipline imo the hyperventilation i used to get on my starting days felt amazing, it's gone now
Parker Fisher
>which can be controled by discipline No it can't. You can't control physiological reactions through willpower. What discipline does is help you endure it.
Samuel Foster
>>which can be controled by discipline >No it can't. You can't control physiological reactions through willpower. What discipline does is help you endure it. ok, /broscience/
Are you seriously suggesting you can control a physiological reaction through discipline? This is like saying you can control your metabolism through sheer will. Are you retarded? You can endure through it and train your body to stop or resist it, but you can't control it.
It's called cold shock response. The cold water causes vasoconstriction which leads to your heart needing to work far harder, and your lungs needing to supply more oxygen. It causes hyperventilation. It can and will go away if you take the cold shower often enough.
Carter Murphy
I tried but Texas cold water aint shit. Recording is just 6 and a half minutes of me taking a normal shower
Nolan Hernandez
>can train your body to stop it >can't control it ok buddy
Andrew Cook
Nice :)
Brandon Kelly
Training your body != controlling it. You can enter ketosis by not eating carbs, but that is not controlling it via will. You can lay down when you're tired and sleep, but you're not willing yourself to sleep. Training your body is not the same as willfully controlling physiological processes.
Samuel Parker
>this thread >again I'll give you a bump, my friend. Has a lot of potential.
Are you really supposed to make that much noise in a cold shower?
Daniel Cook
I imagine that's how i sound before i creampie a twink
William Ortiz
until you start making noises like OP
Owen Richardson
nah, you can make it silent by just focusing on breathing, but why would you upload just the sound of water and heavy breathing? are you autistic or what? grunting like an ape helps and it's fun.
Brody Nelson
>You can't control physiological reactions through willpower You totally can though, it just takes practice. For example: I do fast breathing hypoxia daily (Wim Hof style), and during the retention phase I focus on lowering my heart rate to hold my breath as long as possible (my record so far is 4:35 btw). At first this didn't really work, but it does now: I can lower my heart rate to about 35, which is roughly 15 beats below my normal resting rate. And that's with fairly minimal effort.

Noah Peterson
diver reflex is not exactly controlling your heart rate conciously
Ayden Scott
well I take daily cold showers too and I no longer have those gasping reflexes. Then again, it's summer and the water isn't really that cold anyway. I'll probably sound like OP when winter comes.

>tfw my coldest setting isn't cold enough to shock me that much I can't even put it above three because it's fucking roasting.

Holyshit this fucking thread Hahahahahahahahha holy fuck
