How do I cope with being weak?

Attached: Feel.jpg (1600x900, 77K)

I squat 64 kg and bench 66 lmao

What the fuck, OP, I have the exact same numbers. Are you literally me? What's your stats?
At least it's a relief to know I'm not the only one.

>tfw i bench more than i squat

Attached: boxxy-1.jpg (1766x993, 96K)

I'm 77kg and 5'7
I've done some numbers higher than that but missing some training + going on a real cut made me deload

break PRs after week of nofap while on adderall, that shit can double your numbers, also start taking creatine

Your posture is fucked. Go see a physiotherapist or something.

well it's pretty easy it's called GET FUCKING STRONGER RETARD

>recommending speed to hungry skellies with stick arms

Great idea, retard.

Eat big and train hard.

>eat big
I'm overweight and trying to lose weight

>caring about squats

more like
>caring about being able to stand up from a chair when you're 45

>not caring about squats
ngmi

Get a better program instead of ego lifting and trying to hit X amount of weight?

I'm doing SS

>There's an exercise I can't do so I tell other people it's a shit exercise because I'm a weak piece of shit with no mobility.

150kg squat
200kg deadlift
70kg ohp
100kg bench

75kg, used to be 80k but fixing form
95.75kg deadlift
did 38.5kg ohp last time, going for 40kg next workout
55kg bench

75kg 5'3. you can do better.

this

Sorry op just stick to it bro you'll get there, I just needed to share my achievements with someone

>5'3

femanon or child?

Bench is terrible for me. No matter what I do I can't get the form right

>130kg DL and rising
>110kg squat and rising
>70kg bench and rising
>45kg OHP and stalling
I just don't get it. I'll never reach 1 pl8 OHP.

post a form check

>tfw afraid to go 100kg bench because I don't have a bench and just use 2 chairs to hold the bar

Being a homefag is suffering

Believe me, I know this feel extremely well
We'll get there, OP. Slowly but surely.

You know what you have to do

Reverse the implication. It's a shitty exercise so I don't do it, I don't want big dumb legs like people in Jow Forums, also you don't need 3pl8 squats for your legs mobility lmao

>45kg OHP and stalling
Same shit. I stuck at 35kg OHP. Everytime i try 37.5 I do one full set of fihves, and then fail to do other 2. I just don't know how the fuck do I improve my OHP, I've stuck in this limbo for months.

by getting strong

Have you just started out? Don't worry. Do some full body routine, eat enough, sleep enough. You'll get those numbers up so quick.

lift with weights.

>Use micro plates
1.25kg is the smallest in my gym, I'm not going smaller than that.

WTF I can squat 180 kg 5x5 but I can barely bench max 100 kg someone please help

this would give me nightmares

keep your ego high and your weights low

Do you squat to depth? I once saw a teenager squat 160kg for 5 and it looked horrific.

You have to microload the upperbody lifts retard

Bench is the most technically lift

Yeah I played American football for 6 years in college and high school so it's beaten into me to go to parallel. My legs are just ridiculous compared to my upper body and desu I look fucking stupid because of it.

Not bad for a girl who just started.

Moom! Jow Forums-jocks are making fun of me again!

Yeah I guess you are right. I'll go buy 0.5kg weigths.

That's shit

All 3rm kgs

Which am I lagging in bros?

Fix your form

Time to hop on steroids, youve reached the natty limit. Everyone having bigger lifts claiming no anabolics use is lying so dont worry

Hit 110kg squat for the first time in my life yesterday.

Feels great

I'm told I have the best form in all :/

have sex

Great job user, what's your bw?

That's a lie

By not comparing with others and instead be proud of what you already achieved. You propably started at auschwitz mode while most of fit are bloatmaxing non lifting american shitposters.
Strength comes with time and dedication.
And a little bonus:
Additionally to stop comparing with others also stop following useless people on social media. By useless i mean rich kids influencers and faggots who want to sell you their routines. Choose exercises you like instead of "popular" ones.

>You propably started at auschwitz mode
Complete opposite. My BMI is like 30

Around 79kg, been bulking for the first time ever as well (2 months). Before that could barely squat 55kg

>75kg squat
>77kg deadlift
Help

Use straps

I'm trying

the fuck?

Is my neck supposed to feel really bad during squats?

BTFO

Where tf are you from? Poorniggastan?

>straps for anything less than 3pl8
Lad...

what?

If you aren't going to compete then who cares

You're not lifting close enough to your 1RM. In order to improve your lifts you want to do days when you lift sets of 2/3 with 90%+

Lift heavy
Eat
Sleep

But SS says to do 5's

Obviously not working for you is it

>150 kg Deadlift
>110 squat
>90 bench
>55 OHP

181 cm at 72 bw. Feel weak as fuck. What do bros

Attached: 1554809053782.jpg (720x545, 22K)

you're fine

Wrong,
Tren hard, eat big ,don't sleep, do cocaine, anavar give up
By not sleeping you're not missing out on 1/3 of your life and have 4 full months a year to fulfill your dreams

>75kg squat
>77kg deadlift
>60kg bench
>32kg ohp
Are those good stats for someone who has been lifting for a month? 177cm at 68kg

Attached: flat1000x1000075f.jpg (1000x617, 73K)

I have the same, and I've been lifting for 6.

Cope by eating. That way you'll become strong

Just keep lifting bro, you'll make it.

Attached: 4.jpg (847x1200, 137K)

>Tfw 90 Squat and DL
>Can’t go over 50 on bench
Just end my life.

Bro there's so many different problems here
How do you
a) deadlift 90kg while you're this weak
b) squat 75kg but only bench 35kg
c) ohp 30kg but bench 35kg
relative to each other, none of these numbers make any fucking sense

Thanks fellow Jow Forumsizens. Are people really honest in this board? Because I see others claim to have huge lifts after training for 6 months and I'm well past a year of training

Then you're not lifting close enough to your 5RM. I never tried SS so I wouldn't know how to handle it but I find that finding your 1RM is generally easier than finding your 5RM.

Doesn't hurt to try 5/3/1 for a couple months

>ohp more than bench

Attached: 1519881482591.png (602x1088, 177K)

The max deadlift I've done is 105x5 and 107.5x3, squat 82.5x5, bench 42.5x5 and OHP 36x5

Do you have noodle arms? In all seriousness user your lifts are fine, just ensure you have correct form and eat/sleep enough.

You gotta be joking, right? Adding weight every 3 weeks? For a beginner? These are the people giving advice

>lifts are fine
How the fuck is a 42.5 bench fine with I can OHP 36kg? Even worse is first time I tried 42.5 I failed, so I went down to 40, got that and moved up to 42.5 and got it, then next time I worked out I couldn't even get 42.5 for 5 again

Try increasing your reps. So like 5 reps 35kg one day, next time 6-7 reps 35kg, then the next time 5 reps 37.5kg

Also yes, my arms are noodle as fuck. My legs aren't big either though

>50kg squat
>52,5 kg deadlift
>27,5kg press
>50kg bench

I weight 67,4 kg. I'm pretty sure my posture is wrong, I find doing squats uncomfortable, but deadlifts I could probably go over 65kg, given that I find very easy what I do now. I started doing ss 3x5 like a month ago, so I'm just starting, but then again I'm 27 which is fucking disappointing. Nevertheless I plan to continue, upping a little bit every week.

The biggest problem for me is eating a lot. I am not counting my calories, I have an overall feeling of how much I eat, but I should count them. I've got too many things in my life, so I keep postponing that.

Anyway, just keep hitting the gym, there are weaker people than you. The important thing is not to stop.

150 squat
180dl
80 bench

Post body right now

fatty with a gay "pee on me daddy" shirt

Counting calories takes 5 seconds per food. Its so fucking simple to do. Download fitbit or another cataloguing app.

t. lowtest

bet you squat on the multipower. Don't @ me

Download myfitnesspal. Counting calories is really easy with it. Keep doing SS until you can't progress further. Then do stronglifts or 5/3/1

>ohp 55kg x 10 (good form, no legs with pause)
>bench press 60kg x 10 (close grip, same width as ohp, it feels more comfortable)
Why is my bench so weak?

No. Don't look up while squatting and don't put the bar on your neck.
