Hired nutritionist and workout specialist; am i fucked?

paid $600 to have a 20 week diet and workout plan curated for me. 19 y/o, dperessed, 5'10", 140 pounds. just finished my first day at the gym and i really have to throw up. I haven't even had my protein shake yet. if i vomit the first day is that a bad sign?

So like with intense exercise or cardio you produce lactic acid as a by-product of your muscles contracting. Your body thinks "oh shit this ain't good, we must of eaten something poisoned or some shit" and the response is nausea and vomiting. Totally. Normal. I still do cardio 3 days a week and after a day of intense sprints I sometimes still hit the 'puke zone' a bit. After your first couple weeks it'll totally vanish.

For that much money ...idk . Its okay If You can eat 6 times a day but you should get some variety , like have another couple of options for each meal . Post workout routine

Wanting to puke is a good sign, but actually puking is bad. If u actually like more than once something is going wrong. Gj, hiring a coach is a smart choice if u have the coins. Good luck user

you dont need that much protein, thats well above 200g which for a skelly is way too much

I did the same - there's SO much information and SO many plans out there that you just want one voice to follow. At least then you do and commit to something - that'll probably lead to better progress than trying to sift through the 10,000 articles published every day on workout routines and diets

okay listen, since you already paid it, the best you can do is leech as much info as you can from that guy, specially with the check-ins. Write down every single thing that bothers you or you are curious and have him explaining it to you, work your ass off, dear user you can see big improvements in 20 weeks for sure.
