Breakfast: steel cut oats + peanut butter + honey + banana
Snack: trail mix
Lunch: Turkey bacon wrap thing
Dinner: chicken thighs + potato + carrots & onion
Before bed: cottage cheese

Made about a gallon and a half of homemade chicken soup and been eating that for a couple days. Have a ton of bone broth, probably making some kind of pork+kale+bean soup tomorrow for the rest of the week. Trying to make them collagen gains brehs.
