this is where Maiden peaked
the albums that came afterwards were good but this one was the best
prove me wrong
John Harris
Ive never understood the appeal of maiden, and 80% of there fans are fat as fuck
John Perez
I'm more of a Seventh Son guy (and I've got a big soft spot for Fear of the Dark actually) but this one is really good.
Jaxson Adams
Wyatt Gray
i showed this music to my brother and he says its gay
Sebastian Bell
Call him gay
Carson Brown
They're corporate sellouts who threaten to sue a video game called ''ion maiden'' because they guard their shekels so closely.
Samuel Jones
i tried to show him all the greatest iron maiden hits and he thought it was corny old 80s metal
Gavin Sullivan
They might be cunts but the music is still good
Camden Roberts
Your brother is a massive faggot
They don't give a fuck about that, blame the jewish lawyers of their record label
Caleb Martinez
What does your brother listen to?
Thomas Gomez
calvin harris, snoop dogg,
Christian Carter
Sorry, but as a man of taste, the only thing I listen to at the gym is Brazilian fart porn.
Nolan Butler
>calvin harris
cringe
>snoop dogg
based but bluepilled
Jordan Stewart
>Sue to stop them from using the name. Get no money. Piss people off. Look gay.
Or
> let them use the name. Lend them some tracks to go with it. Profit from new sales and new fans
Why are people so fucktarded.
Nathaniel Gomez
i do like it and i agree
although pretty sure 22 acacia is on another album
Dylan Jackson
I've listened to Iron Maiden so much when I was a teenager. Now I only listen to their first album (with Paul Di'Anno from time to time.
Kevin Nelson
Your children will choose your retirement home boomer. Day of the Pillow is coming.
Henry Taylor
Fear of the Dark is the GOAT
Owen Hughes
neat boomer metal

Brayden Walker
Ruined it
Justin Martin
Excellent music, but it's not heavy enough for me to lift to.
Asher Gomez
I feel it's because it doesnt relate to kids nowadays.
They are all edgy and tryhards, but subtle edgy tryhards, so this rubs them raw.
I feel like most bands that try to continue the genre now are pretty cringe actually. Very few can pull it off. Was listening to Primal Fear for the first time earlier today. Definite pass
Jackson Foster
what a great fucking album.
agreed
Levi Morgan
Snoop is a sellout. Not that that is particularly bad, since he's old and owns it pretty well.
Same with Ice Cube, LL, Ice-T... Imagine having a song called "Copper Killer" and then later playing a detective for years.
Michael Bailey
DARKNESS
IMPRISONING ME

I CANNOT LIFT, AND I MIGHT DIE
TRAPPED IN THIS SQUAT, BAR IS MY HOLDING CELL
Carson Gonzalez
Best album i listened during training. The song Survival of the fittest. From this album gives me so much pump bros.
Jack Gomez
Christopher Campbell

For me, it's doom or black metal. The tempo and heaviness is perfect hype for a working set
Isaac Murphy
neat. added to my playlift
Hudson Young
Yuck
Nicholas Young
Logan Reed
fucking brilliant
Brody Nguyen
Yes, but it has competition.

Aiden Kelly
William Green
im with the other replier, seventh son was their actual peak, both song writing and bruce's vocals
somewhere in time is the very close second best album ever, though
Cameron Lewis
they're one of the the least commercial metal band of that size, fuck you talking about
also, you really think its the band and not their record label doing the suing?
Benjamin Peterson
What's /mu/fit/ consensus on Blaze's years?
Charles Long
'82 to '88 every album was based as hell, and as another user mentioned Fear of the Dark is pretty underrated.
Charles Gray
>Fear of the Dark
>underrated
>literally the first album that comes to mind when talking to normies about Maiden
Angel Flores
Isn't that Powerslave? Most people who aren't actual Maiden fans would struggle to name one song on Fear of the Dark that wasn't Fear of the Dark.
Adrian Green
Powerslave is usually the first Maiden album metalheads get, like MoP for Metallica. FotD is like the Black Album, loved by normies.
Christian Rivera
Dominic Sullivan
youtu.be
no. what this guy listens to is way better
Sebastian Jones
I never into metal stuff but when you have to fight final boss in hell, there's no other choice...
Logan Perez
possibly the heaviest song in existence
Oliver Foster
heaviest song in existence rap style
Dominic Robinson
Christian Torres
Primal has good shit
Luis Green
Shit, pure shit, I have nothing against him but his voice wasn't for Maiden.
They should have hired Michael Kiske who got kicked out of Helloween around the same time Bruce left.
Xavier Smith
I would say Number of the Beast TBh
Juan Scott
Agreed; Number of the beast and Run to the Hills are probably maidens most normie known songs.
Jaxson Nguyen
For me, it's youtube.com
Ryder Barnes
I like Powerslave but it's probably actually my least favorite of the early Bruce albums. I think a lot of people love it so much because of the album cover and project it onto the music.
Ryder Campbell
Number of the Beast rates higher for me, maybe Seventh Son too and I'd put Piece of Mind on about equal footing.
Colton Bennett
The Trooper is their most normie known song.
Anyway, Stranger in a strange land is their greatest song, could listen to that solo all day.
Ian Davis
I like that album
Justin Ortiz
Anthony Hughes
speaking of maiden solo's, the cavalcade from dave and adrian on caught somewhere in time is some beautiful shit
Jacob Roberts
got a friend who believes dance of death is the GOAT
Hudson Gutierrez
pretty much any album except virtual xi is deserving of that title
though my favorite of second bruce era is final frontier
Bentley Fisher
Maiden is second wave British heavy metal retard.
Chase Garcia
Easton Adams
THE EVIL THAT MEN DO IS MY FAVORITE (forgot to turn caps off not re-typing)
Brandon Bennett
KILLING MY GAINS
Brody Foster

To diet till I'm lean
Give me a sense of diet

Justin Watson
Don't know if I'd call it the best. But anything from Powerslave to Fear of the Dark is fucking based.
Luke Foster
Ya Iron Maiden is good, but I gotta say Megadeth is better.
Asher Peterson
Megadeth has one good album and you already posted it
Jace Martin
Chad metal coming through.
Jason Adams
sure gramps
Adam Parker
>first time 3pl Bench

Cameron Richardson
the loliness of the long distance runner is an underrated song in this album, its great, specially when you are exercising.
I'm glad Im going to see maiden again in little less than a month, their current setlist is very very good
everything until seventh son of seventh son is great, no prayer for the dying and fear of the dark are subpar compared to the previous albums, but I still enjoy them.
blaze era has some good musics, but they are better being sung by Bruce now
everything from brave new world until their last album is great, not as iconic as their early years in the 80s but pretty solid
Anthony Peterson
I'd glad I found this thread, I'm now going on a multi day re-listen to all the Maiden albums. I haven't given them a thorough listen in years.
Hunter Perez
>Casually skipping Peace Sells, So Far and Killing is my business
They are very different compared to each other, but gold in their own way imo
Gavin Stewart
Asher Williams
Isaiah Edwards
Based Rob teaching those japs how it's done
Henry Martin
Endgame is their best album since 1990. No doubt. Great production, great distortion on the bass, excellent songwriting, Mustaine's vocals sound good too (though he's not a great singer, I really enjoy his singing voice for some reason).
You can dislike it, but from a technical and musical point of view it's one of their best.
Jackson Lee
*splutter*
Adam Hernandez
seventh rep of a seventh set
Christian Edwards
Is there anything more boomer than maiden, acdc and sabbath?
Ryan Gutierrez
Motorhead? Steppenwof? Yours are definitely the bigger names, but these are also pretty close to the boomer mindset
