i long for minimalism in training and nutrition. the most bang for the buck/space/time equipment/training routine etc.
what are your findings regarding this?
mine until now are: >resistance bands >kettlebells >some weights since kettlebells alone dont do it >simple foldable bench that fits under a bed >pullupba
iam thinking about gymnastic rings attaached to the pullupbar next
>all that shit >minimalism lmao >power rack with pull-up bar >adjustable bench >barbell >weights done. do full-body workouts (one squat, one press, one floor pull) with some sort of periodisation.
Nicholas Thomas
Starting strength + gomad.
Elijah Cook
>>power rack with pull-up bar no space for this.
Justin Wilson
You may find some useful information looking into the ancient Greeks since the origin of gymnastics can be traced to them. Watch out, they fancied the naked male figure, like many inhabitants of this board!
Nutrition is a study worthwhile of your focus. Nature provides everything you need, don't rely on science!
adjustable dumbells and pull up bar+care for backyard
Camden Cooper
Gymnastic rings and paralletes are all you need for upper body training. Eventually you will need a bar/rack to train your lower body though
Gavin Watson
Wtf is this?
Charles Price
If you truly care about minimalism, then calisthenics and running are all you need. So running shoes and maybe a pull up bar. That's it. If you work up to the most difficult progressions and do a lot of weekly volume, you can get fairly big, contrary to what most on Jow Forums will tell you. It's just harder and takes longer than weights, but it's not impossible.
If anyone says you can't, ask them if they've ever done 100+ one-arm chin ups, one-arm pushups, or one-arm handstand pushups every day for months. They haven't. They are just repeating what they have read on the internet.
Jeremiah Sanchez
Get rid of the shit you don't need. Even better if you sell it, then you've got money for a decent barbell.
Dominic Wood
Treatment for hysteria.
Kevin Hughes
for cardio do intervals, you don't even need to run, just do jump squats holding 10kg in each hand and you can get to max hr easily
Jeremiah Rivera
Looks like a really bad horror movie. I suspect that's supposed to be torture with a clothes iron and the couple watching is getting off on it.
Tyler White
A gym membership. That way someone else will keep all the shit you need away from your house
Josiah Fisher
All you need for back and biceps is chin ups and weighted neutral grip pull ups. All people with bigest biceps that I know do a lot of pull ups and chin ups.
Luis Collins
Not him, but my ceiling is too low.

>Build dip bars and pullup bar >Chain/dip belt >Bunch of plates or a backpack full of books >Bands >Gymnastics rings are optional but are very good >Do sprints for legs or go to the gym to squat and deadlift Get aesthetic as fuck, homeboy. No need to buy all that meme equipment that'll just catch dust when you eventually stop lifting or have to save money for more.
Jeremiah Smith

barbell pull up bar
Gabriel Clark
Rowing machine uses all major muscle group i think.
low bar back squat Weighted chinups Muscle clean and press Thats my absolute minimum
Tyler Hill
Get two or three kettlebells and start doing Simple & sinister. Thats minimalism for ya right there.
Benjamin Jones
calisthenics, running, sprinting, jumping. if we're brutally honest, that is all a human being needs to be physically able well into old age.
Easton Perez
Thank you BAP, very cool!
Thomas Brooks
I'm parroting Elliot Hulse but all you really need is >a deadlift variant >a squat variant >an upperbody pull (chin-ups, rows, cleans) >an upperbody push (dips, bench, OHP, pushups)
John Cooper
Workout 1 - PULL Cardio 20 min Power Cleans Chins
Workout 2 - PUSH Cardio 20 min Push Press Dips
Shits fuckin nice
Nicholas James
this zoomer right here never watched a porn movie lmao
Eli Carter
>truly minimalist >all that shit >not lifting gallons of water and curling sand bags you bitch made OP
Dominic Watson
>tfw this guy was probably like 5'8" and considered tall because people were short back then >5'8" in the present day will get you laughinggirls.jpeg, make you a target of "let's just kill all short men", and "ugh why do "men" under 6'0 exist, it ruins my day when I see one" comments, and even 17 year olds mog you
I guess you could buy a weight vest/belt and weights and do all of the lmaocalisthenics bullshit with increasing weight over time.
Or... you could just get a bar and plates, and get good at cleaning. Front squats, presses, rows, olympic lifts and deadlifts can all be done without a rack and it can probably be stowed away without taking up too much space.
Carter Johnson
In other words you're a poorfag who has no space for equipment? I mean you know what you need, a bench, stands/rack, a barbell, dumbells and plates. Everyone knows this is what you need, so good luck getting swole with kettleballs and rings and wasting your time which defies the purpose of your logic.
