Are you all vegan or something? Why are you chugging a bunch of pills instead of eating well?

what part of "supplement" do you not understand?

I eat well, but certain supplements have benefits if taken at a slight surplus, like vitamin d.

what part of "eating well" do you not understand?

>chicken breast and broccoli
>eating well
enjoy your deficiencies

what part of having a functioning brain do you not understand?
there is no way you can get enough nutrients from food alone, it isn't possible

What's your experience with kratom like?

in the morning:
>multiviatmin
>beta carotene 25000 IU (for a nice tan)
>25mg zinc
>biotine10000 microgram and selene
>cissus quadrangularis (highly recommended for joint pain)

after a fatty meal:
>omega 3's
>vitamin d3 5000IU
>vitamin k2 200 microgram
>methylsulfonyl (MSM) 3200mg(recommended for joint pain)
>Glucosamine sulfate 1500mg (recommended for joint pain)

I eat a lot of greens and different meals, but I also like to take multiviatmins, because you can't get enough of them, unless they are fat soluble and stay in your system, ie: vitamin A. You piss out the excess vitamins and no harm is done. The 3 supplements for joint pain are highly recommended they really work wonders.

You are right, stop arguing with a retard.

supplements SUPPLEMENT a healthy diet
unless your diet consists solely of red meat, you are not getting 5g of creatine a day
you fucking retard nigger

sorry meant for

Omega 3 you cannot get enough on a normal diet where you don't eat salmon every single day. Same goes for creatine.

If possible I would space out your lecithin so you are taking 2 capsules with each meal (assuming you are using NOW brand or an equivalent dose)

well maybe you don't need all that creatine dumbass
but whatever you spend your money on what you want

> well maybe you don't need all those gains
pathetic

d vitamin pill every day

are nootropics a jewish meme?
is d3 + zma enough

vitamin d and zinc looking to get some magnesium omega 3 and kratom later on

Not him but kratom can be useful for relaxation and anxiety. It kind of just gives you a happy glow, it can be addicting though. I'd reccomend keeping the dose and frequency low

I bought a bottle of that alpha brain neurotropic but didn’t notice any difference so probably won’t buy again.

Did not like Maca. Actually lowered my libido

Great. Never felt dependent. Never experienced withdrawals when I stopped using it cold turkey. The best way I can describe it, is like an ADD medication that makes you social and happy. The focus is there but its coupled with a sense of euphoria.
I'd rather experience slightly haulted muscle growth vs dementia or alzheimers

boron
