Thats decently comprehensive but you forgot the squat rack with 800lb of plates

this. you can get some gymaist rings to throw on them to mix it up later

microwave

speakers, lol faggot

I never lived in a dorm when I was in college, and I never understood why anyone would.

Just rent an apartment with your friends.

colleges require first year students and sometimes second year studeents to live on campus

this. it's a fucking scam.

Creatine
Pre workout
Fish oil
B complex
Vitamin D3
Copper
Zinc
Glucosamine
Avena sativa
Royal jelly

...DHEA

It's also super expensive with a bunch of bullshit rules included in.

Which college? Mine didn't.

OP here

dormatory has a gym on the top floor (5th). But Ive got any info that it may not have a lot of weights.

Should I invest into an emergency bench press pad ? Or scout rack?

(((( also slamming weights could be a conflict with the RA? )))))))))))))

This is why I lived on campus all 4 years of undergrad

If I had to share my living space with complete strangers I'd probably snap. Would rather live in my car tbqh.

Go to the university's rec center. 100% chance the gym there is 1000 times better than a fucking 5th floor dorm """ gym""". I'm not living in the dorms but back when I was in uni, the dorm gyms are complete trash while the university gym is great.

Fan, mini fridge, kettle

You need to set weights down properly, when you drop them you look like an uncivilized gym bro, it makes noise, distracts others, has potential to damage weights, potential to bounce and hurt yourself or someone near you. Just set them down, saves a lot of risk and is proper etiquette.

((()))

Pull-up bar and adjustable dumbbells that can go to 100 lbs, for when the gym is packed, closed, or you don't want to go stand the public.

A large stock pot and even larger wooden spoon if your dorm has a kitchen, the biggest slow cooker you can find if they don't.

I was thinking of living on instant noodles. Should I spare time for making normal soup? Or why would I need a huge pot.
