why does it make you happy?

independent.co.uk/life-style/turmeric-health-benefits-memory-happiness-curcumin-a8177546.html

Pay attention because I am going to give you the Top 10 list of foods.

-Raw onions (marinated in vinegar of any kind, even for just 5 minutes, white wine vinegar is preferable, just trust me on this one!)
-Raw garlic
-Raw, fresh tumeric
-Raw, fresh ginger
-Honey, preferably also raw
-Raw cacao and/or caco nibs
-Walnuts
-Oysters and/or mussles
-Wild blueberries
-Pomegranates or the juice thereof

Include the above in your diet whilist also taking ice-cold showers every day and eating otherwise healthy food with lots of veggies and greens, and see if it does not improve your life in every way imaginable.

what about arocula and mushrooms, they are supposedly responsible for reducing alzheimers disease with old age when eaten at least once a week, there was a study that has been done on middle aged women. also olive oil is supposed to increase memory capacity, there has been a study on this with middle aged men consuming 1 litre of olive oil a week over 5 years one group eating walnuts and one group not consuming either, the walnut and olive oil group both had better improved memory capacities. Balsamic vinegar is also really good, just throw all that shit into a salad.

Absolutely, I just included those in my top ten because it's stuff that tends to get neglected. Mushrooms and olive oil is stuff that should be part of your diet anyway, but not a lot of people make sure they consume what I mentioned at least 3 times a week. White button mushrooms are supposed to have an anti-estrogenic effect too.

no

do i need vinegar for the onions?

i dropped the manga at that point does it get better?

I'm going to try it some day since people report it can help with constantly stuffed nose.

Not at all, but raw onions aren't the easiest to eat, and we've had threads about how good they are but anons just can't get them down... But I learned a trick, however, which is that if you marinade them in vinegar even briefely it completely changes the flavour! Suddenly they are absolutely delicious! I used to struggle to get half of an onion down a day, now I can eat a big one at every meal and enjoy the hell out of it. Only downside is my dad calles me a pussy because apparently I can't handle proper onions... motherfucker eats two or three a day like an apple.

If you didn't like it probably not.
I did so I read the whole thing

i liked it before he got into the city and suddenly everyone has regeneration powers

turmeric is full of oxalates, which can cause kidney stones, take with milk so it binds to the calcium in your stomach, not your kidneys

also d3 and k2

i can eat them raw :). If I eat burger, i pretty much put 1/4" of onion on to it

Based bro backing up my low-effort post with actual science, much appreciated.

Try them with vinegar just for the hell of it, I was surprised at how nice it was.

It gets weirder. Try skimming through and judging if you like the level of weird it gets to

The whole combo is not only awesome for general health, but raises test and improves erections.

Add regular eating of watermelon and do NoFap and you'll be so horny and masculine that you'll be raping wolves in the wilderness.

I've been using it for years.
It's great in a variety of dishes. Will stain though, although some hippy sites actually recommend it for tooth whitening strangely enough.
Realized recently it significantly cuts the heat of hot sauces.

>plagueofstrength

Shoo shoo, tranny fucker!

fine then, gallon of yogurt per day

How do I know if my honey is legit bros? They all say natural and organic but clearly they’re not

You left out piperine, which is easily the most important part

Get it directly from the beekeper. Or google the brands and find reviews and info.

One of the only benefits of living in Sweden is good quality honey. They got the address and phonenumber of the beekeeper on every good jar, sometimes even google map coordinates so you can check out where he keeps the bees. Plus you can get it super cheap from farmers who keep bees.

I tried eating raw garlic and my stomach hurt so bad the past 5 mins i wanted to puke/shit/explode/blow my brains out

are you a girl or something wtf

Mix it with something else and/or don't eat it on an empty stomach. I mix honey, lemon juice, tumeric, ginger and garlic. Tastes great and OK on my gut despite my IBS.
