/skelly/

Eating used to be somewhat enjoyable. Now it's literally the worst part of day. I wake up every morning thinking "great, another day of eating"

Getting those 3000 fucking calories is nightmare. Just thinking about having to drink a protein shake tommrow makes me sick.

Same. Eating isn't fun when it's a chore.

Good to hear I'm not the only one. I just wanna sit down, relax, watch some youtube or whatever but no, guess what? GOTTA FUCKING EAT. AGAIN. So fucking annoying, the clock is ticking, need to fucking eat all the time. Eating is a chore, FUCKING KILL ME IT'S SO ANNOYING.

I wish /skelly/ gens were more common on here. What could we put in the OP pasta for more common threads?

How do you guys track your food intake? I've seen screenshots of a website floating around here, but I'm not sure which one it is.

I use the fitbit app

try swimming. it makes many people disproportionately hungry.

That's because the cold water makes you burn more calories.

>tfw 28in waist at 6'1

It is like crawling out of a crevasse

>burn calories doing exercise
>AND keeping your temperature up
>why am I hungrier

FUCK

struggling with 3000 calories a day is like struggling with a 70kg bench press
you should feel bad about your inadequacy and not post here until you surpass your current pathetic limits

I started going to the gym last week.
6'4" 150.
Goal is to get strong and wide enough to width-mogg people.

Fix my routine.

PUSH
>DB Press
>DB Shoulder Press
>DB Front Raise
>Triceps Pushdown
>Cable Chest Fly
PULL
>Lat Pulldown
>Deadlift
>DB Curl
>Cable Row
>DB Reverse Curl
>Rotator Cuff

Most of that was fat, there's no protein listed here, except maybe the yogurt...

What could be missing???

>be me 26 y/o skelly, fluctuate between 135-140 lb
>also referee soccer some weekends

days like today really exemplify my skellyness

>ran a total of 17 miles over 6 game sin 90 degree weather
>all i subsisted on all day were a few protein bars, a few small bottles of gatorade and water
>add in the 12 miles bicycling to and from the field

i get home, go to taco bell like an animal and get a few things that add up to 800 calories, then make a 2 egg omelette with cheese sausage and spinach with a glass of milk and can barely finish it and feel like shit now

how the hell do people eat decent amount of food every day

Drink onions or huel and/or mix with simply mass or some equivalent. Easy. Meals in less than 60 seconds.

Not fucking onions. Onions. F'ng autocorrect

Oh i see

fellow Skelly here, as much as I'd like to eat and bulk i can't afford to eat so much everyday, most days i have nothing to eat. gym membership alone is barely possible to pay. If you bros have any recommendations to cheap and nutritional food I'm down for anything

getting 3000 calories a day isn't challenging in the least, and this is from someone who doesn't live for food

Do you fry or eat the onions raw?

I've had juvenile arthritis in my left leg most of my life. Recently got on an immune blocker and now I'm easing into legs. Very asymmetrical rn too.

I'm doing deadlifts already, but I don't know if I'm ready for a BB squat. Is there an easier squat variant or should I just start leg machines for now?

Jow Forums is automatically changing when I type "Onions.lent" to "onions"

embarrassing

$20 bag of rice will last you forever. Dry beans are basically free. Whatever meat cuts are on sale (chicken thighs is a good go to), peanut butter, eggs, peanut butter, bananas (literally $0.12 per), whole milk (if you're in dairy region), oats, eggs, frozen tilapia, block o cheese, potatoes

Can bulk off $50 per week if you cook your own food and shop at Aldi.

>chicken thighs

oh look another fit meme

What's memish aboht $1.50 /lb meat?

6'3"
125~>193lbs

I've been force feeding more and more calories every day for 5 years.

Just 4 more years to go before I'm hopefully at 240-250lbs and can cut
