Finally getting to point where my gains show in full (pure white) lighting (Feb versus today)

Lifts are all higher than then.

Just did 3x5x225 deadlift and 3x5x225lb hip thrust.

Starting to work on shoulders alot more. Went from 2x20lb Db OHP to 2x50lb DB OHP.
Can OHP 110lb fixed bar. Tried 135lb today but failed twice. This is gonna take a month or so.
Once I get to 1pl8 OHP, shoulders gains will explode because I'll use powercage and rack it at shoulder height.
Currently clean>press or curl>press the bar to get it up.

Have removed squats from routine. Too much weight on spine/back (at 2pl8) for me given everything else I'm working on (putting alot of stress on it with not enough time to heal).
Have replaced with 1 legged squats while holding dumbbell.
Same workload on leg + balancing/stability mechanics @ 1/2 the compression on spine.

I'm still fucking fat and looking forward to cutting in fall (been getting legs in shape past 3 months for cycling).
