You should be able to deadlift more

No he shouldn't. 95 x 1.17 is 111. If anything he should be able to squat more

I dunno maybe, i do full body 3/4 times a week, last training i barely got 120, also i fucked up most of my fingers on my right hand so its much harder to hold the bar with it but I'm fixing it over time

Wtf I'm the same height and weight as him, about the same body fat percentage, and my chinups are the same as his after nearly 2 *years*.

>uncut

larping faggot. sage

I don't think it's OP that pic is old

Why lie OP?

You got a body and weight that matches those numbers. But you haven't been lifting for two months. You either have prior experience or haven't been lifting for two months because its literally not possible to gain the muscle required for those lifts in that amount of time.

Do more. I'm 230 at 5'10 and I can do 8x12.

How is that unachivable?? I started of shaking at 50kg, I do full body every 48 hours as thats how long recovery lasts for natties, also I am a neet and I get 10 hours of sleep a day and pretty comfy nutrition, also I am very fertile
Is me
I have in sports but zero strength training

80 kg bench is totally achievable. I could do 60 when I was 15 and just going to my local YMCA. Not impossible at all for a grown adult who's been active in his life have an 80 kg bench

How old are you?

18
