Fat shit here who never exercised before, just did an exercise routine of going up a lot of stairs and my legs are wobbly as fuck, is this normal?

I'm starting to worry about loose skin senpaitachi. I'm 22 so I don't know if it'll be an issue and I'm constantly worried between losing weight at a gradual pace and letting the skin restore itself naturally or keep going balls to the wall OMAD+700cal/day and get the skin to do maximum regenning while i'm still fairly young.

I have about a year from now to look my absolute best and I'm not sure exactly what I should be doing if I wanna avoid lose skin. Id rather be a bit on the chunky side and have okay looking skin than skinny looking like a fucking bat. So much misinformation on the web and I'm not entirely sure what to do.

I'm running 18 miles a week, going to the gym 3x a week.

You hit the part of weight loss where it's slow anyway plus you're most likely losing the fat and gaining muscle on top of it so you'll lose weight slower. Do you want to become a skinny flabby freak or have muscles by the time you lose the weight?
