>makes you bigger and stronger as long as you keep taking it
>accelerates hairloss
pretty much

literally

this shit doesn't do anything it's a scam

Not even close lol

its basically salt

Tastes more like sand

Creatine doesn't alter hormonal profile

If you aren't sensitive to creatine, you'll be right.
Benefits aren't earth shattering - 1-2 reps more on heavy sets - but would compound over time, translating to total work increase, which correlates with more strength/size.
Plus, water retention inside muscles, making you looking a bit fuller is a nice side effect.

retard, there is literally a journal published study that showes creatine intake accelerates muscle growth.

if you're going to shit on the most tested supplement/safest known to bodybuilding at least fuckin google it first

If by “light” you mean “essentially incomparable” and of by “steroid” you mean PED, then yes. However, the effects are so drastically different that it’s more a semantic comparison than a realistic comparison.

Creatine is in the heavy roid class

Dude it gives you like a 12% boost in one rep max. It's good.

>abnormal amount of hair on floor after a shower
>run hand through hair a bunch of hair comes off

been on creatine about 6 months and memes aside i think it may be accelerating hair loss

So if I’m already balding there are basically no negative side effects?

Never felt that, but didn't specifically attempted to replicate it. Best case scenario, if you can pull 3 reps from your 1rm, that's 8% improvement.
For the cost and convenience vs benefits and side effects, it's good for me.

It was showed to increase dht, which can exacerbate baldness on certain individuals. I'm already losing hair but didn't make it worse

There are a few more (mostly GI related) but again, try it for yourself.

Creatine and caffeine are the 2 best legal performance enhancers in my opinion

I find it makes me sweat more. Make sure you drink enough water and you'll be fine.

What does caffeine do? Heard its good for cutting as it increases your bmr, anything else?

It give you energ to psuh one more rep per set

Jeremy Ethier has really good videos, Heres his Creatine one youtube.com/watch?v=7wXetcdqiz0&t=266s

Does nothing for me in terms of mass, strength or hairloss. My buddy blows up like a balloon animal in a week when he uses it, though.

>My buddy blows up like a balloon animal in a week when he uses it
your buddy has a secret that he won't share with you and i can't blame him because you're a fucking retard who wasted money on creatine

Focus, alertness, energy would be a byproduct of the former 2.

I gained 2kg during the 1st month by eating/keeping activity level the same. Most reasonable explanation: water retention

are you supposed to cycle creatine or just take it continuously once you start?

yes thats why literally every pro athelete uses it

Creatin, its the only one legal supplement who has a proven effect on anything.

>being this ignorant

When will this meme die
Male pattern baldness is when your hairs are slowly clogged with dht and become smaller and smaller, eventually ceasing to groe at all.
Hairs “falling” out in the shower have nothing to do with mpb and is normal shedding. The hairs that fall out from mpb are nearly invisible to the naked eye because they’re so frail and thin.

nofap+vitamin complex+micros+creatine+sauna

this. remember the following, very simple rule:
if it works, you wouldn't be able to legally buy it

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16581862

>buy shitload of food from legal grocery store
>starve to death
fuck

>taking manufactured shit
not thanks

No need to cycle

>come home after 3 week creatine cycle at gym
>post traumatic stress disorder
>saw alot of fucked up shit at the gym
>mom has dinner on the table- turkey, my favorite
>she looks at me lovingly and says "I made your favorite! I love you so much"
>stare into her eyes, she stares back
>notices I've been on creatine and her eyes water over
>she bursts into treats
>I walk up to her, creatine in hand and slap her with the force of 1000 suns
>head flies clean off the body
>shes dead
>start squatting and deadlifting her corpse screaming and slamming creatine into my eyes
>eat her body lightly peppered with creatine for gains
>wake up a year later from a Creatine induced coma
Creatine. Not even once.

Is this true? I don't want to kill my mommy

>nofap+vitamin complex+micros+creatine+sauna
i forgett to write healty. yes
and sauna and nofap are not suplements

Be careful of creatine bros, my muscles wont stop growing and now I cant touch my hands like pic related. Even the PT at the gym laughs at me.

i've been taking 5g daily for the last few months, recently found out you're supposed to de-load for 2 weeks every 2 months or so, which i havent done.
what is the reason for this? to reset tolerance? or is it just a meme

no need to cycle. no habit forming. no tolerance buildup. you want to keep the saturation to maximize the effect.

Creatine boosts DHT by 50%, which means its strongly androgenic.

It can boost 1RM by 12% and lets you pump out more reps before failure which means better workouts and more gains in the gym

It enhances muscle glycogen+water retention which means bigger pumps and protects joints/tendons

It’s good stuff

This makes me want to roast a turkey thanks user

>Creatine boosts DHT by 50%, which means its strongly androgenic

I'll second that, plus, increased free test correlates with more MPS stimulus. More total test correlates with more DHT, but not the other way around and total test != free test.

kekkkk

It's roids for scared little bitches.

Post one study actually proving it causes hairloss

It's literally part of beef. It's why silver and golden age bodybuilders ate 3lbs of beef a day.

It's natty roids. Fills muscles with water to make them look bigger. Allows you to recover faster and do more reps. Improves cognition and memory function.

Goddammit Jow Forums...
>after 1000 threads of: softcore porn, cooom-posting, e-celeb bullshit, Jow Forumsspillage, and full acceptance of the reddit takeover, finally found some useful fitness related bullshit RANDOMLY on one of a million bullshit ass "is creatine worth it" threads
My rotator cuff has been aching and whatever this stretch is feels fucking heavenly. T-Thanks user

healthline.com/health/creatine-hair-loss#researchhttps://www.healthline.com/health/creatine-hair-loss#research

basically. they don't work in the same way but creatine is just pussy roids. very light benefits and very light side effects, while roids have very large benefits and potential for terrible side effects. if i were to revoke my natty card i would roid

>It’s important to note here that the researchers didn’t observe hair loss in the study participants. >Therefore, it’s unlikely that creatine supplementation itself causes hair loss.

You honestly just gave the best summary of creatine I've ever seen on this board

it made me hornier
anyone had that?

Yeah, you're mom can confirm it.

wait I unironically cant do that with my hands... how fucked are my shoulders rn
