What you are trying to achieve is only attainable with a steroids.

You're probably not pushing yourself hard enough in the gym. So you might be losing weight, but you don't have a ton of muscle to be an accessory to the low bf.

Id reccomend a standard chest/tris, back/bis, legs/delts, rest, repeat, split with abs every 2nd day after your workout. During these workouts, take the final set to failure, working in the 6 - 10 range

you probably didn't monitor your BF % and just gained a bunch of fat which serves no purpose unless your goal is to gain fat

why dont you just rebulk a bit, focus on core etc and then start cutting again in February? unironically get some deadlifts in

that's more or less what I had been doing, since I started from skeleton. I had been bulking for so much of the time and only cutting a little bit so I got used to the fat and for some reason it evenly distributed instead of giving me a big belly which tricked me into thinking I had a build I didn't have.
my belly fat size is almost the same now as it was at my peak. so my plan has been to bottom out and basically find my baseline to know what I'm actually working with. I haven't been this low since when I started bulking in the first place
