What held you back from working out ?
For me, it was all those fat bitches in my family, telling me I was too skimpy and giving me dirty looks for not eating as much as them.
There were also those dudes who kept telling me muscular women are ugly.
This led me to believe I shouldn't aim for anything because muh genetics.

Parents actively sabotaging. They make me eat everything on my plate even when I wasn't hungry, now I simply refuse to eat altogether since I'm old enough to not be forced anymore.
