I am not really trying to specialize in oly, but I like the movements very much and I do them for athleticism gains for my sport. Currently for me it's
hang power cleans 5sets of 3 idk
squat jerks
reverse hyperextensions
random accessories like chinups
it's very lacking and too random but idk what to add. pls share your power day routine.
no point doing squat jerks if you dont train wl and youre just doing it for power or athleticism. just do power cleans/power snatch

I clean and jerked 100kg twice today in training. Bodyweight was 153lbs. Could I potentially go to a comp and not be totally BTFO, or do I still need to get stronger?

how the fuck do i stop pulling with my arms early in snatch? also do you have to flex your lats and pull the bar against your body or do you just have to let it hang straight down and pull it keeping the straight path up? i find the hip contact extremely hard
