In that pic two of the body pics are well know statues and one is Kron Gracie, but the others and most of the body inspo pics I have saved are from iron age bodybuilders and athletes. Imo pinterest is great for finding inspo pics, you can just search something and then keep clicking through the recommendations

Do Ideals you post is something you think is achievable for your body and height or is it something you wish you had if you had an ideal genetics from your point of view?

John Cena is pretty nostalgic, and not a bad goal to have if you’re gonna roid. The prettyboy haircut would be an interesting combination, will only work if you have a great face. The styles could use some work, left fits together but is bland, the one next to that looks to be more made for the runway than to be worn irl but isn’t bad apart from the shiny lapels that don’t fit the casual look. 3rd style combines too many different shades of blue, but the jacket is better than in the 2nd pic. The right pic is the one that works least well though, wearing a vest with chinos, rolling up chinos with boat shoes, folded up lapels, that colour combination etc all don’t work. If you’re gonna go for a preppy look don’t be afraid to work with colours a bit more, salmon, burgundy, bottle green, pastel colours etc can all work, some loafers and oxfords rather than just boat shoes would help as well. Just have a look around for some preppy fits that aren’t made by american menswear bloggers, they usually don’t have a clue. Girls look alright, though a bit thotty

Try and go for something that you can realistically aim for, even though you might not quite get there due to genetics. No point trying to look like a tall dude when you’re short, or getting a haircut for curly hair if yours is straight, or having a style you could never pull off irl and wouldn’t actually wear. Disclaimer that the guy seems a bit autistic and is just emulating the styles, it won’t necessarily come off as genuine or work together as well as it should. Prep is a style that is based on actually being part of that social circle, showing that you know style conventions but breaking them a little in some elements, like wearing coloured socks with black tie or something of the sort. If you actually attend an Ivy or Oxbridge you will learn a lot more about prep styles than you ever could watching YouTube videos or reading articles. So just try and keep it somewhat genuine, don’t wear faux rowing blazers etc. Exactly what works and what doesn’t will also depend on local culture, some looks that work well in britain might now work as well in the US or somewhere, and continental europe is a completely different story altogether.
But anyways, have a look around pinterest and see what you can pull off without is seeming like a larp or out of place, and do experiment around with colours a bit, start with basic fits and then expand out from there.
