I was unemployed, no friends, never went out, had no money, ate nothing but ramen and microwave meals. Spent most of my time playing vidya and watching anime

Turned my life around, working in great job, lots of friends, and a sick lifter qt asian gf. I still watch anime and play vidya but I also make time to go out with my mates.

Going to gym was what helped me turn my life around, it gave me the confidence I needed to overcome my fear of social situations and get out there and work and socialise.
if any of you feel trapped or feel like they cant make it, know that you can. It just takes some determination and discipline.

I trained for 2 years, then I got a gf and got lazy and fat and didn't lift for 2 years, then I got my shit together again and started lifting again last 2.5 years.

I am the guy in the pic and like I said I was a complete hermit with no life and no friends on the left. Going gym gave me the confidence I needed to actually get my life together. I have a large group of friends now and a gf, I travel and go out and socialise nearly every weekend now.
I even met two friends I made from Jow Forums/videogames irl and helped them get into shape as well, we're all gonna make it.

Body shape has nothing to do with it, it was the confidence it gave me that helped.
Upper, lower, rest, push, pull, legs, rest.
Hit every body part twice a week. Progressive overload, high protein and carb meals pre and post gym.

Dont be defeatest. This is 7 years progress. No steroids taken. Very strict training and diet routine. Consistency is key, hit your macros every day and use progressive overload in gym

This is the attitude that stops you from ever making it. 7 years is a long ass time.
If you are not making progress then take a look at what you are doing? Do you track your meals? Consistently hit your macros? Progress in lifts? Find a Trust worthy natural bodybuilding comp, one thta uses year round drug tests and even lie detector tests, find some of the competitors on Instagram and follow them, see what it takes to make gains naturally. Theyll look great but never be mass freaks like assisted lifters

Socialising and making friends in your 20s is difficult and seems nearly impossible.
I made friends through work first of all, got a new job and had lots of social Co workers that went pub after shift etc, I eventually got courage to join them and it became easier and easier. Becane good friends with them and started to talk to random people on nights out. Met my gf on a night out and became friends with her friends too. Now I go out often, been with gf for 5 years and have lots of great friends.
Oh and I also went to counter strike events lol and made some mates that way

I didn’t do anything unusual. I did SS 3x per week and then would do one day of either spin/hot yoga. Lifted as heavy as possible. Eating wise I stopped drinking, stopped eating sugar, ate at about 500 Caloric and ate low carb, high protein, moderate fat. Around 150-170g protein per day. Cheat day once per week. You got it bro just be consistent

Gainz aren't made over night, it takes years.
Noob gainz come quick then you plateau, unfortunately only way to make natty gainz past that is to be in a consistent calorie surplus. Weigh yourself every morning, aim to gain 1lb a week, if you don't gain weight in a week then up your calories by 50 etc etc
It's expensive and time consuming but it's the only way a natty can make serious gainz. I'm up to 4k calories now

When you take comparison pics, take them in the same pose. It's hard to tell progress when one is flexed and the other unflexed

What's your routine for that lower/mid back definition/size? Can't seem to get a significant amount of progress on it.

Macros = body composition

and never go below 20% fat for longer periods, it's NOT worth the hormonal response.

If you really want them results:
Water fast 1 day a week (on an off-day), 300 calories deficit on remaining off-days and 300 calories surplus on training days.
