Anybody got a bf estimate and diet advice im trying to cut but i keep having cheat days and shit bros i think its lazy nutrition on my partq as iv gone from 5ft 92 kg
to 5ft8 66kg mainly chicken lean pork or egg with read to fit my 1500 per day but iv started to add veggies and replace bread for a low calorie rice (my goal is get to 50kg)

Not necessarily a bad idea to put on a bit of fat, but that's just putting on fat. The whole point of lifting is gaining muscle. And that's a very slow process. Don't fall for the bulking meme.

16% imo, skinnyfat. my best advice (what worked for me at least for my 1.5y of cutting) is to find foods you can easily attain so laziness doesnt screw u over. like idk stack on tunas or whatever. + another constraint = get your daily protein in. wing everything else (but dont fuck up with sweets and stupid calories), and land somewhere ~1500kcal if that is your goal daily intake.

If its too hard to maintain, then up the kcal a bit but add more cardio or more days when you go to the gym to even it out.

current routine, which is probably far from ideal. But what I've found is that as long as you stay consistent it's just about lifting heavy-ish objects, eating enough reasonably healthy food and being patient.

White light from above is best to look shredded. Also find a flattering angle and flex. Some muscles look better unflexed tho, chest for example.
Obviously if you want feedback it's counterproductive, but if you want mires use all the tools you have at your disposal. Slightly increasing contrast and shadows is also a decent trick, make sure to not make it too obvious tho.

I wont have access to my uni gym until a couple of weeks from now, so I've been doing a good bit of running and hiit. Been trying to stay in shape but I know my lifts will be fucked once I get back in.

From what I've read when doing legs whether it be squat or leg press that you push with your heels I work legs, I admit first 3 months I didn't cause i was so focused on losing fat on upper body

I squat over 3X my body weight and have been lifting for 13 years straight and NEVER squat with my weight on my heels. When you run or jump, you don’t push off your heels, you push off the forefoot and the toes. Everyone has a plethora of small, deep flexors that can become extremely strong when taxed and used in a proper fashion. You cannot work them if you stay on your heels constantly.
