lamb salad. Cubed lamb, mixed greens, greek yogurt tzatziki sauce, veggies

Sauce
>2 cups unflavored greek yogurt (highest protons content)
>2 tbsp lemon juice
>1/2 a cucumber grated
>1/2 a cucumber thinly diced
>dill to taste
>salt pepper to taste
>mix it all up

Lamb Salad
>get lots of meaty lamb, remove from bone, cook with salt and pepper till browned. Its done when theres a light scrap feeling with a fork
>toss with bowl of mixed greens and your fav veggies
>top with the sauce

1. LE SALMON
Plop down 0.6-1 lb of wild salmon on top of sea salt and a very light amount of olive oil. Salt the top of the fillet. Top with some pink peppercorn dressing or really almost any decent dressing. Bake at 375F until done

Onigiri/musubi is always good. Simple, portable. If you're too lazy to make the triangles, mould them into bricks.
Ingredients:
>short grain rice
>tuna (or SPAM)
>mayo
>sriracha
>chives
>nori
Instructions:
>make rice
>mix tuna with mayo and sriracha and chives
>put tuna mixture into/next to/on top of rice
>cut nori to size and wrap in whatever way is most convenient
>sprinkle with black sesame if you want. I don't care.
>wrap with cling wrap and refrigerate

Too many low protein ingredients. I would swap out the carrots for broccoli and roll my own dough adding gluten powder to the flour and gravy. I'd probably experiment with adding something like cheese in there too but that may be going too far.

Call it heresy, but replace the white gravy with a home made brown.

Did a test batch, worked out alright, then made a large batch.
They are fucking great. Actually pancake consistency, but healthier.
Don't forget the vanilla extract, maybe add some cinnamon too. Gotta be well-seasoned if you're keeping it sugar-free and not using syrup afterward (but I use syrup afterward).
Have not experimented with add-ins like dark/bittersweet chocolate chips or fruits yet.

Jow Forums recommends fruits for oats, but I want veggies in my breakfast. What might go well with oats. Thinking about going the pot pie or stew route. Thoughts?

Just tried this today. First one came out more like a crepe or thin omelette so I had to double the oats and that made it a nice pancake

Another option for good pancakes is mixing cottage cheese, eggs, coconut flour, and a little baking powder. Can add cinnamon, fruit, etc. Don't even need to blend it if the cottage cheese doesn't bother you, it actually melts right in.

Lentils boiled in water and onions sauce with wilted baby spinach and sriracha is a favorite of mine. That and chili are pretty legume centric.

Try scooby's bulk bar recipe but with proton powder instead of dried milk, they're tasty as fuck.

You can substitute egg with banana as far as I know.

I've done it with regular sirloin, was pretty good. Don't use the entire bottle of Congac.

Just don't do this letting the oats soak in milk. You HAVE to have heat added to break down the oats cellular wall.

If you don't, and you just soak the oats in milk (as some recipes - not this one - state), then get ready for the worst
gas you will ever have in your life.

I found a no-boil recipe with quick 1-5 min oats and did it.

Week 1
Day 1 I thought it was just the extra fiber.
Day 2 Again, a little extra fiber.
Day 3 my gut was a constant roiling fart storage container
Day 4 what the fuck, I can't stop farting/shitting
Day 5 I ate eggs
off on weekend, so I ate toast and almond butter and such.

Week 2
Day 1 Not bad. Gotta be getting used to it
Day 2 Farts are back with a vengeance
Day 3 There has to be something wrong
Day 4 Took gas pills, no use.
Day 5 Had to take day off work to just fart constantly read up on oats and farts found the above info.

I finally made these, and that is an insane amount of onion. I cut it down to a quarter onion on the fly and it was still too much. A full onion would be more onion than tuna.
Also too much salt, 1/2 teaspoon was plenty, and 1/4 or none probably would have worked.
And looking at other recipes, bread crumbs is more common than flour.
So I'm fairly certain this was a meme recipe from when onions where a thing, but it's actually salvageable if you're not a slave to it.

I finally gave this a shot. My only change was subbing half of the vanilla extract with almond extract.
Very filling.
Smells better than it tastes.
Still tastes decent.
I tried using it to wrap a turkey sausage, but being egg based as it is, it fell apart somewhat. However, the combo didn't feel as good as a regular pancake. I think if you skipped the extracts and tried to go more of a cornbread route, it would go better with breakfast meats and veggies.
Overall, it could make a convincing pancake substitute if you kept it simple and served it hot with syrup or jam.
Way better nutrition than pancakes in every regard.
I put some in containers with remaining turkey sausage and threw it in the freezer for Thursday or Friday. I will report next thread on how it turns out as a meal prep option.

It's fucking great and has tons of gains enhancing stuff like ghee, turmeric, ginger, kale, spinach, onions and garlic. The info-picture also had some scientific shit on it about preserving the good stuff in garlic and shit, it was very thorough.
