Seems that your training is not very result oriented in lifting nor in running. Ask yourself what you want to accomplish and select your routine based on that.
1. If you wanna cut then cut
2. If you wanna improve your running e.g. 10k time, do an actual program designed for that. You might need to set aside some lower body lifts though, you can't have everything.
