I know I'm still dyel, but holy shit can someone tell me how to get better at pull ups? I'm a bit past 0.5/1/2/3 if that helps.

I can do a decent amount of weight for lat pull downs and shit like that, and I've been trying to work my way up with assisted pull-ups, but I really struggle to do the real thing for more than a couple reps. It's frustrating as shit. Am I just too much of a fatass?

Everything I do is shit, except my training I guess, but even that is not optimal because everything else stops my progress. I maintain this because I've been working out pretty consistently for almost 7 years now. I did take some long breaks but this time around I've kept up for almost 2 years without more than a week or two long break. If I could give you one tip that I almost don't want to give because I'm a shitty person, it is to do everything movement with as much control as possible, it feels sooooo good and I think it works.

I used to be even more fat as a pre-teen but i became skinny for a few years after i got taller and stopped eating sweet things, the problem is i live with my mother, when i lost weight she helped in the sense she stopped buying retarded shit but now she returned to doing it and whenever i tell her that i can't control myself and she needs to stop buying sweet or processed food she say " it's for her" even thought we both know it's not the case...

I just can't resist i did it non stop everyday since i was 7 or 8.

nothing particularly special, my leg day mostly consists of weighted lunges and squats. even when i was skelly mode i had bigger legs and butt though, can't claim too much credit for it

That was like 15 years ago (18) to now (32)...not sure if that makes a difference.
I've only worked out for maybe a combined 2 years in a 15year period. It really doesn't take long to get muscle and lose fat.

I had a skelly/skinny fat > fit phase in under a year when I was 24. Body was wrecked from years of playing WoW and not moving all day.

When young, can recover from gym faster and do cardio everyday while eating less food.
Now that I'm in 30s and going for strength training. Have to make heavy use of muscle rotations and rest days to optimize gains. Joints, back/spine, etc all heal much slower with heavier weights...so have to take it more easy on certain lifts.
I also have to eat and religiously take watermelon, oats, BCAAs, and protein to recover/heal and replenish energy for lifts.
I haven't weighed myself since scale ran out of batteries 2 months ago. I've been gaining on all lifts and run stamina, probably been bulking hopefully lean bulking.

Noticed I cant do starvation diets (1000cal), push myself with strength training and HIIT cardio and be ready the next day. Have to actually rest now.
