Stalled at lifting the bar

Took me a while to get up to 1 pl8 and I haven't been able to progress much at all from there. I've been working hard on my delts and traps for the last few weeks though, hoping it'll help me increase my OHP.

200lbs

Been stuck on 92.5kg for 3 months now...

115# for 5x5 at 155# BW

I stalled at 50kg on starting strength.
I'm progressing weekly now though :)

Benching will increase your OHP.
I stalled at maybe 175lbs and quit pressing and focused on bench a lot.
I try a OHP max on a whim and I was able to hit 2pl8s, but it was a grind since I wasn't efficient with the pattern of the movement.
Keep in mind that this took over a year, but I never trained OHP but still added 50lbs to it.

Increase your bench from 3pl8s to 4pl8s and give it a shot.
I do a lot of OHP nowadays since I want it to be higher but trust me, your bench will carryover to your OHP.

The bar itself can be lighter (the one I used weighs 25lbs) and they can weigh 45lbs like a normal bar.
Supposedly it's harder since you can't squeeze down on the bar but I actually like it.
In my opinion, it's 99% the same as a regular barbell in terms of difficulty if you have big hands.
Not sure how handlets can deal with it lol.

I had a similar experience. My OHP was stalling pretty hard at 170 lbs. I stopped doing them for a few months while I focused on high frequency bench pressing. I randomly decided to try one rep maxes during a session, and I was able to OHP 190 lbs fairly comfortably.
