Day one - shoulders, abs
Day two - chest, triceps
Day three - back, biceps
Day four - legs
Is this a good split?

Maybe I'm a simpleminded man, but I don't see how you can work shoulders *without* working chest or back. I just do PPL. Abs with low back on leg day. Delts mostly on push day (OHP, dips, Arnold press, front raises, it varies). Shrugs and rows on pull day for traps and rear delts.
I would try to hit all muscles twice within a week.
My current routine is the following:
Monday: Chest, shoulders, tri's
Tuesday: Legs + biceps & pullups
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: back, biceps
Friday: rest
Saturday: light full body training (high reps low weight), cardio
Sunday: cardio
..and i throw abs twice a week where ever it feels the most optimal

I found keeping at least a day between my chest and shoulders works out well for me
I start with back
then do chest
then legs
the shoulders/abs
then repeat
How's my routine? Genuinely curious.
>Push:
Bench: 3x5+
OHP: 3x5+
Incline DB Press: 3x8-12
Tricep Push Down: 3x8-12 (superset with next exercise)

>Pull:
Deadlift: 1x5 (or) Barbell Rows: 3x8 (switch each time)
Pullups: As many as you can, increase each time. (right now I do 3x8)
Chinups: As many as you can, increase each time. (right now I do 3x8)
Seated Rows: 3x8-12
Face Pulls: 3x8-12

How many days per week are you lifting? 6?
Are you progressing with this? Are you feeling really fatigued? You can probably increase most of the compound lifts to 4 or 5x5 without getting too sore, but the added volume will help your growth.
I don't think you're doing enough legs on that day. Add in some lunges/split squats, front squats, and maybe some lower weight/higher rep sumo dl's on the leg day and it'll look good
3 rest days?
That just looks like a watered down version of the redit PPL
God, I love Lizzy
name?
Working out 6 days a week yeah. Previously was only doing 2 or 3 and it seems to be making a big difference. Yeah, I've been progressing a decent amount. I feel the most sore on pull and leg days. I sweat, not sure how fatigued I should be though.
I might take your advice and go up to 4x5 or 5x5. Would it make a big difference?
For legs what if I added in Romanian Deadlifts?
For reference, current lifts are:
>Bench: 225 x4
>OHP: 135 x5
>Squat: 295 x5
>Deadlift: 345 x5
How so?
>How so
Because it's very similar,. It yours is like a quarter of the length
Just looked up the reddit ppl. Yeah looks very similar. Mine isn't a quarter of the length. Looks like the only difference is I swapped out the leg accessories for ab work and I do both pullups and chinups on the pull day.
Lizzy.
