>applying to Mcdicks for my first job ever
My days as a NEET are soon to end, what can I expect?
24
my heart hearts when i see people over 20 working at mcdicks. I would avoid working retail or fast food in general. Its shitty work for crap pay and dealing with customers is the worst.
to relapse back into NEETdom
Easy, monotonous job, but the first couple weeks will be the hardest, especially and longer if you're pushing out of neetdom, as you learn where shit is, who you work with, and adjusting to actually going to work. Just listen and learn. Don't be afraid to speak up if you're uncomfortable with something, there's always something else you could be doing, as long as you at least try.
I once applied to McDolands and I got rejected
a live of misery awaits you. it's all downhill from here. and that's not because of mcdonalds, it's because life as a wageslave -- in any job -- is pure fucking suicide fuel
not OP
same lol companies with big expectations
its like they told me ''hey you are too good for this job go somewhere else"
bachelors degree btw
Be a busser user
All you gotta do is pick up shit and bring it back to dishwashers and sometimes clean stuff up
And you dont have to talk to customers at all
Pay sucks though but so does McDicks
>what can I expect?
Expect to quit within a month after you start working there. And this
loud noises, bright lights, crowded narrow walkways, nasty smells, degrading work, shitty people, bad pay, frustrating hours, complete expendability, high general stress and anxiety, slippery greasy floors, rude customers. Oh, and no pockets in your uniform pants, you thieving piece of shit.
Have fun!
hey breh
i used to be kind of in your situation, and i'm still not perfect. just about 27 now. this summer im graduating uni and working as a slave for the jews at one of their north american israeli nationalist summer camps. but i mean, we're all slaves as long as we're part of the money machine, we all contribute to the centralized giants. i hope america doesn't destroy iran for israel's benefit. cough N.fuentes
anyway lil nigga, here's what's goin on. so now would be a REALLY good time to give up bad habits. cause the bad habits keep you in a degenerate state. things like weed, watching porn, doing shit that you don't care about. try to make an effort to replace them with good habits. like getting sleep at a consistent time every night. also, try eating only meat. may as well try a two day fast, you'll be surprised at what benefits that can have.
long story short the food we eat is fucked, the indulgences keep you in a slave state, and it was set up this way on purpose, more or less.
anyway i used to be neet ish, so just try to survive for awhile. and just try to be nice. don't try to impress people if you can. see if you can get into school or something. i went back to uni at 22, it was really good for me. i was super fucked up and now i'm much better, just not having rotted in my basement any longer. it can get much better, and i'm only getting started. not to toot my own horn bc i havent done shit, just saying that i was completely demoralized and fucked up and now i'm approaching what could be a great life.
if you can, maybe try to go for a dishwashing job. they're less social, but still a little bit. it'll be less draining for you, but still a challenge
one thing at a time lil nigga
try to get a next step, like some kind of vocational thing, some sort of better-than-minimum-wage thing. doesnt have to be fancy but try to put yourself in an institution and make yourself stand up straight. DONT go into debt though
Dude
mcdonalds/fast food and retail stores etc actually get hundreds of applications, don't be surprised if you never even hear anything back at all.
I'm moving from dishwashing to doing bussing/host in a few days. excited desu plus we get a percentage of the tips made every night.
Tips hardly get you diddly
And unless youre also getting actual minimum wage youre gonna make absolute shit
Have fun
>What can i expect
you can expect them to expect you already know what to do. They'll shove you behind the cash register and your awkward ass is going to have to go
>"uuh, wait a minute"
and go grab another employee who's probably 5 years younger than you to show you how to use it all whist in front of the customer. They will all so berate you for not knowing how to use the cash register.
but thats not it. Your colleagues will poke fun at you because you are a robot and they have nothing better to do. You will be doing a lot of their work for them later on.
Applied twice and got rejected both times
>be me
>dropped out of school at around 16
>neet for 2.5 years
>after 18, my parents pressure me to get a job
>do temporarily jobs for agencies but they were all shit and sometimes i didnt even show up
>parents tell me to go to McCucks
>fuck no
>eventually my cousin gets me a job
>been there for 3+ years now
>actually make a lot more than minimum wage
>work only 6 hours a day
>it's also a 10minute walk from my place
i'm honestly sorry for you op. i wageslave 8 hours for 6 days a week and god, how much i miss my neetdom.
one day i was a comfy neet, the next one i was a wagecuck. the money doesn't worth it. i receive minimal wage to get through 8 hours of stress, IT DOESN'T WORTH IT.
This sums up what you are soon to experience
>24
>Applying
Rejection. They want teenagers who don't know their rights and will work shitty hours with shitty conditions
I was supposed to quit my job yesterday but my phone is broken, not sure what to do really. I don't even remember my bosses number or email address and I'm back in Wednesday fuck
>what can I expect?
If you aren't completely retarded you'll be promoted to shift manager or something soon
It's not that bad OP, don't work at one of the 24 hour places though, and always work at night.
