How do you work your lateral delts?

Chin Ups

I hope you're trolling

fun

add the press

why?

>deadlifting
Why?
The most useless, overhyped lift there is.

If I could choose 3 lifts

Squat
Clean and jerk
OHP
Everything i need.

Why bother with the jerk if you're going to press? You're just limiting your back development from the clean

the jerk isn't an upper body dominant move, and if you think it is, you have never properly done the clean and jerk.

>Chin Ups
Based
>Dips
Doesn't work the clavicular head of the pecs, which is most important for aesthetics. OHP, bench, incline bench or weighted pushups.
>Deadlifts
If you're including all variations, based. If you mean conventional only, you'll be a quadlet.

It's useless in this situation

It's just fun. I enjoy doing it.

To prevent muscle imbalances that will lead you to snap city down the road

>muscles imbalances
This term means nothing

Your upper back and shoulders will be missing.

>upper back
Chin ups
>shoulders
Dips

For me, it’s gotta be

>bench
>weighted pull-ups
>SLDLs off a power rack (about knee height elevation)

You literally don’t need anything else

No quads

>snatch
>clean and jerk
>back squat

No upper body work

Because I know the deep inside I will forever be a curlbro

hip flexors
lateral delts

Who gives a shit about those

What's the appeal of curls?

Trap bar diddlys
Muscle ups with rings
Farmers walks

Little quad work. Barely any shoulder work provided you do dips right (or you can do them wrong and snap your shit).
I'd say do lowbar squats instead of deadlifts and add incline bench and facepulls.
How do you think rounded shoulders happen? Or torn rotator cuffs?

Cringe

Weighted pullups
Weighted dips
Weighted handstand pushups

>inb4 some 18%bf powershitter says "no legs"

Why trap bar deadlifts AND farmers walk? You literally do deadlifts while doing farmers walk. Beside that, good choice.

Farmers walk
Bench (or variation)
Pull up or rows

It's ok
Big legs are in the way if you get fucked in the ass by a real man

Replace dips with squats and we’re good

Clarence detected

>Clean and jerk
>OHP
Are you retarded? You already do an OHP on a clean and jerk

OHHHH GOOODDDD I CANT HOLD IT INA GUNNA COOOOOMMMM

yeah you gotta do squats to help increase your deadlift bro

What if you did deficit deadlifts instead? It's the bottom portion that the squats help, right?

>SLDLs off a power rack (about knee height elevation)
From the floor or bust mate
Lrn2 pelvic rotation

why do you need to do any exercise

Those happen from bad form. The body is always inbalanced

What's hard to understand about the fact that if a muscle is pulling on a joint a lot harder than the antagonist muscle does, it's going to affect it?

Oberst pls

Push press/OHP
clean n jerks

You're done

which deadlift variation works quads the best? srs question

So one side of your body being more powerful than the other side is an imbalance? Like how the quadriceps are always more powerful than the hamstrings, and an imbalance would be them being equal?

Cause they're fun.

>the jerk and the OHP are interchangeable exercises

fuckin BASED holy shit

you goddamn reading comprehensionlet, there's a margin of tolerable error between imbalanced and too imbalanced, nobody said the muscles have to be exactly equal in strength, fuckin hell you're so goddamn stupid, wow
>What's hard to understand about the fact that if a muscle is pulling on a joint a lot harder than the antagonist muscle does
>if a muscle is pulling on a joint a lot harder than the antagonist muscle does

>a lot harder
>A LOT

pull ups/chin ups weighted
squat
overhead press

you can beat this

lol

>deadlift is so overhyped
>just do clean and jerks
Holy fuck youre stupid

this

Ideally, these threads should ask what 5 lifts you should do. In that case, it would be bench, squat, deadlift, overhead press, chins. Since these threads only ever ask for three, I would probably have to go with overhead, chins, and deads. Ohp is more efficient than dips because it recuits essentially your whole body. Quads, hammies, and glutes are tensed to support the low back. The core is tensed to keep you from folding in half. Delts and pecs initiate the movement. Tris and lats finish it. The only problem is that you must begin with pretty light weights (still much heavier than weighted dips though). If you are into a minimalist training, you must give this movement a shot. Theres is nothing more efficient.

Nothing feels better than a stinging hot bicep pump

Leadbrained retard

Because the law of accommodation. Your body will adapt, given enough time.

So then you change the parameters. Add weight to the bodyweight movements. Change the tempo. Add pausing.
