my bench went from 75lbs to 135lbs
squat went from 85lbs to 135lbs
deadlift went from 115lbs to 145lbs
over the past 10 months

Hit each muscle group at least once every 36 hours. You can find a shit ton of routines so just google them or JUST READ THE STICKY. They tend to usually look like legs>arms> core/cardio

If you want to get big you have to eat big. You'll probably put on some fat especially so since you're black which you'll have to shave off every now and then

Work those abs and full body you asshole, don't just lift heavy stuff or you'll only grow like a croissant and you'll look as stupid as you already are but x100 times

would need to see a before pic, but it dosent look like you've gain much unless you were losing weight or bulking.
main issue I had when starting was not eating enough and being consistent.
took me a good 2-3 years to get everything in order.

This, I don't have a gym bro but worked in on bench with two guys. Hit new weight by over 20lbs just because a spotter was their. I'm tired of rolling the bar.

i just remembered when i wasn't skinnyfat (by starving myself for a few months, so no muscle mass either) and my body looked miles better than op's. no suicide for me i think

im gonna be straight with you baby girl. you're 10month progress is basically the starting weights for most people. you are obviously not pushing yourself/eating/sleeping/ actually following the program
