Where is your tongue resting? It should be stuck to the roof of your mouth, and i’m not referring to mewing which is a scam, but correct tongue posture really isn’t, if it lays at the bottom it’ll stretch your neck out and also pull down the skin on your face, creating the illusion of a weak chin/jaw because all the excess skin and fat is pulled towards that area, that’s why people see ‘results’ from mewing thinking that theyve literally moved their face’s bone structure, so if your dad really does have a strong jaw then you probably do as well; or just really bad genetic luck, but your face definitely has that melted mouthbreather incorrect tongue posture look

Other option: Get surgery. Chin implant and genio are your options.
Genioplasty will have more vertical and horizontal movement and it's your bone, so it's usually preferable.
It's not a major operation, it's like an hour under twilight/general, depending on the doc.
Can be from 6 to 8 or 9K, also depending on doc.
You need to either do in-person or virtual consults until you find a doc you gel with you shares your vision for your face.

Genioplasty is not a difficult procedure by any means. It can be fucked up, but as a guy I have seen maybe like 1 after that was worse, whereas girls usually don't benefit.

There are a ton of good oral surgeons in France, Belgium, and the surrounding area.
Hell, Sailer's in Switzerland, and he's probably one of the best in Europe. If you have money to travel, I'd see about him desu.
But like others said, it's not over for you. There's still a lot you can do posture wise and grooming wise to maximize what you have without surgery.

Her Dad was an anesthesiologist, (nothing to do with bones-n-sheeiit, but hear me out) he told her to sleep on the floor. She said it fixed her almost 100%. This has led me believe that sleep posture is very important. I'm not too sure how much it'll help you when you're fully developed, but it's worth looking into.

Maybe its a placebo or not, but from my experience it worked. I had bruxism and my wisdow teeth were popping, and my jaw would sometimes lock when i tried to open my mouth, causing me to use extra force to open it which hurt a shit ton. Once i started mewing, after 3 months the locking was gone. As for my wisdow teeth, this is probably more of a coincidence but may aswell say it, when they were popping they hurt a fuck ton and were miss-aligning my other teeth. When i started mewing, the teeth continued to pop but my teeth werent being miss-aligned again
