Strong is pretty good

Pen & paper

I wrote my own because muscle gains should go in hand with brain gains and skill gains. Nothing fancy or pretty, and graphics kind of suck, but it works. Adding workout sets can be done from my phone in a second, and it computes all the statistics I am interested in me, like average weight over time gain and my PRs and their dates. Sometimes when I get back home from my workout I will code for a bit and add new features.
