Lmao that deadlift

mirin bulk but what ist your question or the point in this thread?

are my numbers okay?

Height? Weight? Bf%?

height 184cm, weight now 89kg, i dont know how to measure bodyfat, but i have probably gotten fat from bulking. programme is PPL

you are only in competition with yourself not anyone else
ohp seems strong when compared to your bench. bench/squat seems low for someone who actually squats/deadlifts

>bench 72kg 4 reps
>deadlift 84kg 1 rep

?????

OP here it's 72lbs

omg i cant stop sucking cocks, slurp slurp slurp.

post body
nobody cares about your gay ass stats
only about how you look

but im 89kg im too fat to post body

So THIS the true power of PPL

So what program are you running that's so much better than PPL?

Were you a skeleton OP? How tall are you? I'm 89 kg but 195 cm.

i used to be 70kg for many years.

bump

I'll be honest. You stats are below what they should be for your body weight, especially your DL and squat. Given how you gained 20 kg in a year, and those gains, you just have grown into a weak fatass. Start cutting to a normal weight and from there on, start bulking slowly.

but if start cutting i'll get weak again and my lifts will become even worse

good progess keep it up man

Nah you can gain some strength while cutting. It's just alot less than when bulking.

Cut and lift weights is fine till your at a comfortable weight.
