3 pl8 is more than double bw for a lot of people
Good work on the PR mate. I just hit 105lb OHP for 5 myself and I'm happy to finally be in the triple digits.
nice, whats your bw? as for my pr today i managed to do 2 neutral grip pull ups with +75kg at belt which is up by 1.5kg since my last pr 2 or 3 weeks ago but i think its due to empty stomach.
Benched 155lbs for 4 sets of 5 reps, last set was 6 reps
Signed my employment time card for recent week -- 6 days in a row -- 71.64 hours on the clock, brothers ! New PR !
Usually wake up around 1AM local time. Yeah buddy !
4 orgasms in 1 hour with the help of this bad boy
Nice job user, keep up the good work. The 3 plate deadlift was the first time I ever really felt like I was gonna make it. I had been pleased with progress prior to that, but that was the first time I thought "I think I could really achieve something if I stick with this."
4pl8 deadlift last week
100kg squad x 4 at 76kg bodyweight.
Should I start using a lifting belt? I'm don't want to look stupid but I think maybe I have reached a weight that makes it necessary
Whao that's pretty impressive, you should post your body with time stamp, i'm sure you have great genes.
It is never necessary. There are living proofs of it like Clarence Kennedy But there's no legit reason not to use a belt either. It will increase your squat, help your abs brace harder, helping your legs work to their full potential which in turn will grow your legs. But you have to learn to brace hard, breathing into your stomach and pushing your abs against the belt while flexing them. Otherwise the belt will be useless.
using post body to bully the bully, outstanding move
after not being able to deadlift ever I've gotten up to 200lbs 4x8. yaaaaaaay me!
