I'm losing at a rate over 1kg per week lol, the D90 for negative effects in the populations is at under 2lbs/week and I'm at like 2.33 lol

I really shold probably try to taper down to 2.1-2.2 kg/week because I'm constantly teetering on cutting too much and just enough, so a single fuck up sends me over the edge for a day or so energy wise but still, that's pretty damn good sustained deficit both relatively and absolutely

during squat lockout, the spine is what's working, not the knees.

Spotters are rarely fast enough.

Kind of surprising that insurance companies for events don't require safety bars for squat and bench set below the lowest possible ROM. The medical cost difference between tearing your quad and bending a barbell on the safeties versus tearing your quad, then breaking both knees, and herniating every disc in your low back is pretty big.
