Went to the gym today and did my Thursday routine. It took me two hours and some random oldfag complained my music on the aux was too loud when I couldn't even hear the damn thing.

Days like these are the ones where you really train your force of will, stay strong king

thanks user, i will, i wont stop

Went pretty well.

Actually remembered to warm up, also tried rubber band for the first time. Managed some nice dumbbell presses, im happy doing them. Maxed out on pullups at the end. Good day

I decided to mess around with meal timing today. I had white rice + a protein shake 30 min before lifting and I broke PRs in all of my lifts. I thought all this meal timing stuff was BS but woah i was exploding with energy in the gym. Going to be looking more into this. Try this shit!

fucking week.failed on my third squat rep at 250. Moved on to DL volume, warm up, cant even pull fucking 2pl8. Gave up and went home after that.

Never had such a bad day at the gym.

I haven’t gone to the gym yet, I just got my gym clothes out of the dryer. Should I do chest and legs or shoulders and legs today? Should I just do all three? Is it beneficial for shoulders to have their own dedicated day? Does doing the stair stepper for 45 minutes count as a leg workout? I’m DYEL right now and I have chicken legs.

Do bodyweight squats for as much reps as u could do

still don't think i've got my deadlift form right. have lower back pain every time i do them, but its normally gone by the end of the day. i think i've overcompensating trying not to round my back which results in arching it inward

op here,
same thing happened to me

>up to 220lb, ready to start cutting
>cousin dies, don't feel like lifting for 2 weeks
>first time back today
>no energy
>deload like 50lb, only finish half my routine, go treadmill a mile
long road ahead

I had surgery so I'm in physical therapy so that's the closest I get
>go in for my session
>milfy lady will be helping me today
>"hi user my name is [redacted] and I'll be helping you today"
>k thx
>am smiley as usual, helps mask the discomfort from social situations and plus people like it when you smile
>"wow user I've never seen anyone as happy as you to be at PT"
>"yeah I'm always happy to be getting better"
>hooks me up to electrodes, cute PT girls are always checking in on me like "how you doing user?" and "keep it up you're doing great :)"
>finish electrodes, do various exercises
>"look at you go user! You're healing up fast"
>thx
>PT girls are friendly as ever, they think I'm cute
>have a nice chat about snowboarding with PT bro who I just learned also likes to snowboard
>tells me he's excited to see my progress over the weeks
>thx m8
>leave PT with "bye user, keep up the good work!"

Everyone's so encouraging, I really can't have a bad time going to PT but me leg is still fucked up

in a "Rewatch man in the high castle but stop ebfore the end of the season where they ruin the MC" mood desu

>They think I'm cute
Ahahahahahhahahahahhahahahahahahahha

Just focus on your progress bro. Then get the gains.

Yeah bro I do. I need to get better soon, I want to work out for real again

failed my last set of chinups but i also deadlift very well so it was ok i guess

I work out at home. Bench and triceps today. I only have power blocks, but I am up to 40s in each for bench, moving up on triceps even though they're shit. Pretty weak still but definitely making progress from when I started. Lost 14lbs over the last few weeks

Did Biceps, Triceps, and Forarms, and biked 18 miles. 8th day of OMAD staying strong.

All my lifts are increasing much better than previously. Thanks to deciding to focus more on strength than hypertrophy and reducing frequency. 1 less day of working out a week is helping a ton.
