Lemon water, multiple times per day. Keep the water in the mouth before swallowing. Give it a couple of weeks.

Not that bad. Floss once a day, Dry brush them first and rinse with water before using toothpaste to brush, then brush with toothpaste. Go see a dentist and get them whitened. That’s about it. Your teeth really aren’t that bad.

You can get this charcoal teeth whitening. You pretty much have to floss after though. It works though. It won't make them pearl white but it should lighten the yellow.

Honestly though, my teeth didn’t look all that great until I started using invisible aligners and I had to brush & floss after every meal.

Also if you live near a smile direct club they basically give away whitening gel for free if you go in for an appointment and pretend to want braces. I got the whitening gel and the light, but I’m waiting until I’m done using the braces to whiten.

Get them cleaned at a dentist, brush daily as properly as you can and stop eating shit. Also go for crest 3D Strips. 10 packs had little to no effect on my teeth but Its most likely since they reached their dxpiry date like a year ago and they're not as fucked as they were with the braces so I just need s slight coverup and can smile with coinfidence even if they're s bit yellow after 5 years of being caged up by my jew orthodontist.

Sorry forgot that one. Flossing is important too and if you cant reach the spots since your teeth are too close to each other use those small brush sticks to at least get the lower spots clean (if you didn't do that in a long time make sure to sniff on the stick or flossing chord. That's what others have to deal with when they talk to you).

Also do you see the cores on the surface of your teeth? That's enamel erosion. If your enamel gets thinner your dentin will be exposed which is piss yellow by default. Stop drinking sodas and acidy drinks if you don't want to brush your teeth one more time/day then necessary. Also order crest 3d as I said. Theyre 30-90 bucks depending on your position.

Also dont listen to these guys: you're just fucking up your enamel even more.
