I prefer to sip. I cant afford both juice and sips. Its agony. I wonder what its like to walk into a shop and buy whatever you want

I GET UP AT 4AM AND CHUG A KALE SHAKE! THEN I TAKE AN ICE COLD SHOWER AND SLAP MYSELF IF I EVEN THINK ABOUT SKIPPING MY WORKOUT

NAH

>he doesn't even nailgun his scrotum
not gonna make it

A bottle of orange juice a day to make it.

I buy oranges, bananas, and blueberries and throw them in shakes

SORRY TO HEAR YOU HAD ANOTHER STROKE, CARL

Yeah. It costs me $150 everytime but I finally found a hooker who has managed the right combination of taste, force and volume.

WHAT THE FUCK IS JUICE? ALL I DO IS DRINK POP

CUZ BEYONCE SAID IF YOU LIKE IT GIVE THAT HOE A RING POP

I like a mix of orange juice and grapefruit in the morning and later on have a bang or Sip before working out

I drink bottled fruit smoothie when I'm doing cardio first thing at the gym.

Can someone Peatpill me?

Fruit and potatoes basically?

Yeah I feel you, for example with the candy that's only a few cents I gobble it down but then with a chocolate bar I have to eat it super slow

It's expensive as fuark but I drink pomegranate juice to raise test

>Do you drink juice?
That's literally soda, so no.

I think acceptable peatarian foods are:

orange juice/juices/fruit
milk
shell fish
organ meat
eggs
tubers such as carrots and potatoes
sugar
some starches like rice/potato
bone broth/gelatin
some muscle meat
coffee

I mix it with brewer's yeast. Great after-workout drink

>coffee
nice

Thanks. I certainly eat a lot of muscle meat, maybe I can shift my macros to carbs a bit

So normal, whole, sane person foods ?

He's really big on sugar, while everyone else is saying that sugar is pure evil.
He is against most vegetables due to their anti-nutrients etc.
He is very against polyunsaturated fat such as fish oil as it's basically poison according to his research.
He is anti serotonin, estrogen and growth hormone as these are stress hormones.
He is anti-fasting as this is a stress state that increase growth hormone, cortisol and lowers thyroid.
He is anti keto as it induces a fasting state of high growth hormone, high cortisol, low thyroid.
He is very pro thyroid and sugar/carbs stimulate the thyroid and conversion of T4 into T3.

I gotta stop black coffee fasted lifting. Absolute cortisol fest. Although it sounds like Ray will let me have coffee as long as I eat some carbs in the morning

Unsweetened grapefruit juice with fiber some mornings.

>I wonder what its like to walk into a shop and buy whatever you want
Feels good but then it's a hassle to throw most of it away because you didn't use it

Maybe have sugar in your coffee as sugar lowers cortisol.

I used to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to fall asleep again. I eventually worked out that it was probably caused by my blood sugar going down and cortisol going up which causes awakening. This is supposed to happen at normal wake up time not in the middle of the night. So now when I wake in the middle of the night I eat some sugar + whey protein and I'm asleep within 30 minutes. The sugar lowers cortisol and calms my brain.

No, I drink water, tea, miso soup, 1 shake a day and 5 beers per month. I never drink juice.
