Anyone got some inspirational skinny fat to fit transformations he could share?
My progress with changing this bodytype has been extremely slow and difficult so i want to remind myself that i'm not the only one who deals with it and that it is possible to change it
Anyone got some inspirational skinny fat to fit transformations he could share?
I went from 60kg to 115kg. All it took was discipline, dedication, sacrifice, commitment, focus, knowledge, motivation, vision, consistency, and a bit of hard work every day for 7 years.
Straight forward bro.
Damn, That's impressive. For how long have you been working out?
>has kissed a girl
has the non getter mogged me?
Couple months here and there, bit of zumba, mostly wii fit.
i dont play music through my asshole.
this is unironically the only difference between me and this meme. (how did the creator of this meme get the numbers right? how did he know it was 2013 where it all went wrong for me?)
am i going to make it frens?

2013 was a satanic year.
epic
i hate that this thread comes along, fucks with my head, and then no one provides any helpful advice. now i'm all fucked. i will be like this forever
Ikr? Skinnyfat discussions are never to the damn point.
getting in better shape wasn't that hard, but it took forever. I still have a long way to go and it's OK.
>get on a bodyweight program
>eat a bit more(meat and veggies, dont increase carbs)
>go to the gym and start a LP noob program + a bit of cardio weekly
>eat a bit more
>get on a higher volume program + a bit of cardio after each workout
et voilà
I should add I took it very slow but consistent because I'm in my forties, 6'3'', with bad elbows. If I could do it, anyone can.
30 months : 155 skinnyfat -> 185 lean
Is there a cheatcode or shortcut if my retarded ass only has like 2 months to make an impressive transformation?
>tfw in week 5 and can't imagine ever stopping
I'm gonna make it lads.
No.
think of your negative thoughts as the devil, think of your positive thoughts as God, listen to the voice of God and you shall accomplish anything you set your mind to, it's just a matter of imagining, visualizing, then turning it into reality.
Nah. You missed the boat there. The trick is to be ready next time it comes around, otherwise you'll be in the same position.
So you got fat
well done
unless you want to claim its all muscle, in which case 1) you roided 2) post body
Skinnyfat is super easy to fix, what exactly are you struggling with?
Are you lifting/eating correctly and just seeing no gains? Because that feels very unlikely.
I can just do bodyweight workouts because the only gym in town costs way too much for my broke ass to be able to afford.
And i have no idea what im doing in terms of nutrition. I'm trying to eat more food ( Especially more protein) but i have no clue if i'm eating the correct amount of it.
So far i had a bit of " gains " here and there ( mostly my bicep getting a bit thicker but nothing really noticable)
I was around 87 kg a few months ago. Very small arms, big belly, big love handles, classic skinny fat. I decided to finally stop with this shit. I was eating junk food every single day. Stopped eating shit and started eating as healthy as possible, I still eat a lot, but much better food. I go to gym as much as I can, sometimes 4-5 times per week. When I've started I could not even hang myself from a bar for a few seconds, it was very bad. Now I can do like 4 pull-ups with proper form. My numbers are still very weak, but I don't care at all, I look so much better and I am so much stronger than before. I don't plan to stop, there is still a lot of room for improvement, since Im not very consistent, but Im trying.
If anyone cares I do like 8 reps with:
> bench: 65 kg
> deadlift: 90 kg
> ohp: 45 kg
> squat: 50 kg (very weak here)
I know it's very hard user, but just keep trying, never stop. Eat good food, lift when you can, sleep when you can, keep going.
get myfitnesspal and track your calories and protein every day. if u want to gain muscle make sure you getting at least a 300kcal surplus + 1g protein per lb of lean bodyweight (everyday! this is important). if ur skinny fat, add some cardio to this to keep the fat levels not too high but inevitably you will get a little fatter too. dont worry about it though, youre gaining muscle which is the important part and you can do a hard cut later.
have you got a place to do pull ups by the way? theyre by far the most important exercise if youre doing calisthenics
At first it sounded like you were trying to sell a training program but this is damn good inspiration .
Could you share your routine with the rest of us skinnyfat peasants?
Thats nice progress, we can do it
skinnyfat here, much like you, good job on those pullups
I was completely flat with basically no pec insertions, zero abs, no nothing. Just a formless mess with wide hips.
Bulked up to bloatboy mode (bottom left) and currently cutting into top left.
Its taken fucking years to build anything resembling a human body.
Also got mad gyno which makes me want to die
What's the problem? Just starve yourself until you are skinny, and work your way up from there. If I could do that as a fatty, a skinnyfat guy should have no issues whatsoever.
>cannot commit for more than 3 weeks
Not this time, baby. I'm on week four.
Nope, if there were we'd all be doing it. But 2 months of lifting is better than no lifting so get your ass to the gym.
holy fuck those tattoos lmao
Im a competitive bodybuilder, ofcourse i roid. Next dumb question.
>d-do you take creatine?
Whoah. Do i look like im insane. Not even once
My routine is very plain, nothing special. Jeffs videos helped me a lot, I picked most of the training exercises from his "perfect xx workout" series.
I have:
* Mon: chest + biceps
* Tue: legs + forearms
* Wed: back + triceps
* Thu: legs + forearms
* Fri: shoulders + some cardio
I focus mostly on compound movements, because you need overall strenght and good form, your body needs to get used to it. Just pick 3-4 exercises that you can do, it's not exact science, you need to try out stuff. I don't track calories, I dont cut/bulk, I don't have strict diets. I just try to eat good food, lift and sleep when I can.
I have 2 days for legs and forearms because these are my weakest muscles. Im not very consistent with my training but Im trying to improve more and more.
Forgot to mention that now I weight around 74 kg (from around 87). I went to visit my parents and some relatives a while ago and they all were in pure shock asking me how did I change so much and that I look so good.
For all anons out there, please don't give up. It doesnt need to be perfect, but you need to keep your mind on it and try to improve more and more. Stay strong, progress is slow but you will all get there.
More fat than skinnyfat but close enough
that better be overhead press
That’s just skinny and you don’t have a trace of gyno stupid
>bench higher than squat
The true face of skinny-fat. Low test, wide hips, gyno. let me get surgery for the gyno and then im out of here for good
not wide hips, shit angle, lower your bodyfat and stop listening to the "you need a surplus" meme
T-this is progress? Are these just terrible genetics or bad training?
Damn dude good job
Yeah, I know. Im trying to train legs too.
Not inspirational but
>skinny fat
>fell for the SS and bulking meme
>got fat
>switched to Candito LP hypertrophy
>cut with intermittent fasting 16:8
>compliments all summer every time I'm shirtless
>now going back to bulking for winter
You should work on that anterior tilt, I bet that will help with.
Did you have any muscle under that fat to begin with?
genetics
This
Remember, you're here forever!
As a fellow skinnyfat, YES!
You don't have fat to loose, and noob gainz to obtain. 2 months are not enough to become shredded, but it is enough to get considerably better.
I wish I had my stats, from before I fell of the vagon, but I did starting strength for 3 months and gained something like 3 kilos of muscle. It may not sound like much, but that's ~5% of my then-body body weight. It makes huge difference on very-very low-fat body frame.
Then there were other benefits too:
> Fixed my beta posture with IT bad back (this was huge)
> Was able to squat my body weight (around month 3)
> When a qt pie girl jumped on my back, I didn't look like I was gonna go go super-saiyan any more.
> I had so much energy again, it was unbelievable. I actually felt good.
Overall, I was definitely nowhere a sick cunt. But I was far far away from the sad cunt I was just a few short months earlier.
I kept at it for a few more months. It was glorious. Then I took a week break.
That was 5 years ago. I am a sad cunt again.
Precisely in the same situation. It is sufferring.
Thank you for the advice.
Yeah yeah, post body
Did you fucking even read what I wrote here:
> I kept at it for a few more months. It was glorious. Then I took a week break.
> That was 5 years ago. I am a sad cunt again.
I'm a relapsed sad cunt DYEL.
>when I started at gym couldnt do more the 70 lbs on bench
>now can do 170
Biggest challenge was consistency and figuring out when to change my routine and I'm still learning. I personally dont feel like I look that big but people say Im looking bigger and asking if I go to the gym. I saw an old pic of myself and I had twig arms.
You never get better unless you go. And the gym is the only place where you can fail but still get better. Its going to be hard and there are going to be times where you want to say fuck it, or feel down and dont want to go, or just feel like not going. Only you can do it. And you can do it.
Also remember you cant do the same routine forever. You are going to need to add volume at some point.
Ignore the others, roiding will allow for that.
But if you roid when you start lifting, you're a massive fucking idiot
Post old body
I didn't take any progress picks back then. Didn't need to.
>>when I started at gym couldnt do more the 70 lbs on bench
>>now can do 170

>Also remember you cant do the same
Thank you for giving me hope , user
