Caffeine is more psychoactive so probably coffee
neither of those cause "muh depersonalisation"
you are taking magnesium citrate anyway which do absolute shit... you might as well drink clear water
my depersonalization largely went away after i started doxycycline for an unrelated issue.
i now suspect it has to do with a gut microbiome thats unbalanced or some shit.
>talking out of my ass btw
just eat healthy. it's that simple. it's not the abundance of either coffee or magnesium, it's your overall lack of nutrients.
magnesium
wtf is depersonalisation?
I googled it but I'd like a simple answer =/
unironically eat a bowl of ramen to feel better. theres a reason soups were so common throughout history
I take both and I have no idea what you're talking about. No one has ever associated denationalisation with these things.
Correlation ≠ Causation
it's copper toxicity that causes depersonalisation
Fucking autocorrect brah
As far as I know you just lose your sense of self
Happened to me a couple times and it's weird as fuck
MAN I FUCKING HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE LOOK LIKE THIS. THE VASOCONSTRICTING EYES, THE ATTITUDE AS IF THEYRE MOCKING YOU, FUCK I WANT TO PUNCH THE OP PIC SO BAD. STUPID FUCKING WHORE BITCH
yikes
I hate when white people make this weird smile, especially when looking at me
That sounds awesome I hate to be me.
Way more hellish than it sounds bud
Would probably make your situation worse

Use zinc 25mg+fish oil+ashwaghandha+creatine to fix your mood.
Coffee (caffeine). Puts you in a constant state of fight or flight aka anxiety. Eventually your mind has enough and begins to cope through depersonalization. But most people around the world are severely addicted so they'll find any excuse not to blame caffeine which is why you see some of the responses that are adamantly against this. Cant argue with a crack addict. Withdrawals are awful though so it will get worse before it gets better, you'll be fine after 3 months.
