13.5 miles: 2 hours 2 seconds
Disgraceful

Do you keep a steady pace throughout the race or do you alternate faster and slower runs?

I did it in an hour and forty minutes on Sunday, what's your time

0, because I don't want to be in a wheelchair by the age of 50

I don’t do cardio. I’m not a faggot.

Like Ronnie?

Never ran more than 10k, might have to try it one time. Any advice?

After 5k it's all the same, just keep running at the pace you would your 10 but don't stop as soon.

I also don't lift three times my bodyweight with shit form while doing steroids

There's 2 types of people on Jow Forums user, and if you're not a retarded roidcel you're a dyel faggot who benches less than 1pl8

So everyone ITT is the second type of person, gotcha

I think Jow Forums is 80/20 DYEL to Ronnies

>cardio

Based. Lifting and cardio in moderation is the key to longevity.

For some reason it gets easier after a certain point, like getting a second wind. I find the first 5k and the last ~2k the hardest.

>off by 3 seconds
That sucks user

Strava says it had a moving time of 1:56:48, but I'm pretty sure I was north of 2:05:00 for completion time.
Should really do another one, but I haven't been running like I used to.
Also need to go back to the gym. I miss diddlies.

My half marathon is 1:21

So what if you run a 7k it’s hard the whole time??

Can you train your mile time more than once a day? I'm getting near the end of my program and it seems to be down to actually performing the run itself, but my weekly mileage is down so far it feels like I'm gonna lose my gains.

Best tracked halfmarathon was 1:29 in may. Pretty sure I could hold a sub 4:00 pace on a flat track now.

3hrs

1h40

Around 1h40.
