strength gains are alright, size gains have always been almost non-existent for me though.

I will be at five months tomorrow since I started. I just started bulking the last month after cutting down fat the first four. I’ve made more strength gains in the past 3 weeks then the entire time since I started. I’m also not starving all the fucking time, I can see why people stay on permabulk forever

How do you measure arms? Is it bent or straight? I do mine bent, but I don't know how to compare with the average.
