What is the best way to consume it, Ive read put it out of the fridge 2-3hours before consumption.
What are the best cow parts to eat raw? Lean or fat pieces?

I've been eating raw all year. Just get packs of ribeyes and keep them on a rack like so, exposed to the air so they dry age in your fridge instead of spoiling in an enclosed environment.

Im about to make my own high meat once Ive eaten enough raw meat to build up my body, currently im drinking between 500ml to a liter of raw cow milk a day and I have some disconfort but nothing serious, like 1 out of 10

there are aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria. if your body makes you puke and spit it out immediately, it grew the wrong kind of bacteria - if it tastes like the strong cheeses and licorice that you've always had a natural craving for, it's the good kind.
so yeah, make sure to ferment it slowly (fridge) and air it regularly (taking the lid off for 5-10mins and lightly shaking) to avoid bad bacteria taking over

also if you want already fermented, safe stuff to test out more, buy high quality cod liver oil.

I didn't feel it desu but maybe it's too fresh still. I'm about 3 weeks in and I think it takes 2 months to really get things started. IIRC it's the K2 content that makes you feel that way so maybe if you don't have a deficiency you won't feel it.

Better quality eggs? I've drank plenty, the whites feel like slightly sticky water but the yolks are amazing. I think the best course of action would be to have them in warm water for some time, not hot enough to cook, just to warm it up

The taste isn't bad, pretty neutral meaty flavor, if you've ever had blue steak you're basically there.
The risk of disease is real but not super high, similar to raw eggs and slightly higher than raw veggies. I wouldn't try it with grocery store meat or any supplier that I didn't trust, but you do you.

Why is the grocery store meat less safe than your local butcher? Don't big grocery corporations have a ton of people checking the security of the food etc?

Just cook the meat to rare. The vast majority of any possible backteria would be on the surface of the meat and that takes care of that. You get the bonus of the meat also being warm
