also on on the left shoulder he has one , but some people are simply not veiny , i'd say op is 18% , maybe more , he carries a lot of LBM which pushes the skin and he looks leaner than he is

Numbers on the scale don't matter so much if you are going for a certain look. For a cut, get your protein (I do 1g/lb lean body mass), get some fat if you are using lean meat only, then fill the rest with veg and carbs to your daily goal.

If you look scrawny with clothes on, then you can lean bulk back up after that fact. Cut your body fat down since you care about health, worry about the scale only for food, and don't let fear hold you back from your ideal. You're gonna make it.

i eat 200 grams of protein per day , take soome omegas , eat 50-60 grams of fat to keep test levels good and drink 3 gallons of water a day for smooth bowels , also take a multi. That's all i do .
My lifts : bench 3 plates , row 3 plates , shoulder press with 40 kg dumbells

Youre a fuxking tank. Why would you want to slim down to the point of having abs? Your body type isnt meant to show abs. Get your lifts huge, put on more muscle and be what youre supposed to be.
