PLEASEEEE HELP NOT LOSING WEIGHT

So I am 5’7 male, 171 lbs (checked today). Doesn’t sound too bad but it’s basically all fat and I have developed a bit of a belly. 3 weeks ago I weighed 171 lbs also and guess what I have been doing since then.
- eating ~1000 cals or less a day. So a 1k deficit about.
- 30 min medium intensity cardio almost every day (I used to be completely sedentary so at first this was a bitch)
- adderall rx 10mg/day, which suppresses appetite ofc and I’ve heard burns fat.
But the fact that ALL 3 combined and I haven’t lost a single pound it doesn’t make any sense?? I was hoping when I checked again I’d be 10 lbs less but I knew that was not realistic so 5 lbs would have been satisfactory. But not a single pound. I’ve been eating like fucking eggs for breakfast, lentils for dinner, cheese stick for a snack etc.
but I don’t like desert, candy, or soda so haven’t even been having that. Btw I drink a TON of water every day.
Hormones? I go To my useless as fuck physician, blood test etc and apparently it’s all fine. T is 450 which isn’t superb but it’s not in the danger zone, could be lowered by the other factors as well. No thyroid problem either which was surprising.

What the actual fuck sorry for writing so much but I’m about to give up. Anyone know what I should freaking do. And please any advice besides weight lifting. I really don’t wanna go to the gym in public just yet.
I just don’t understand how I could eat half my normal diet, light exercise, and freaking Speed and my weight doesn’t budge..

Well now I’m wondering if my weight hasn’t budged at all that perhaps it’s my skinny fat (ALL weight concentrated in butt and front) physique holding me back. Like if there’s no point. I guess I’m hoping a miracle worker will come into this thread lol

I don’t log anything cause that’s for women but I’ll look at the nutrition facts and stuff. Hell even if I grossly miscounted, even only a 500 cal deficit + admittedly light excercise should give me at least 1-2 pounds in 2 weeks. Idk what the f is wrong with my body

if you're REALLY worried about stubborn fat, fasting, or insulin suppression are supposed to be ways to help.
youll probably look fine even if you do a cheat day and keep going.

Fasting isn’t possible, nutrition is more than crucial when it comes to adderall. But I appreciate the tip maybe I can give it a try

Ive been noticing a lot of threads on fit where someone is claiming some lame bullshit about being new and have a problem. Then after they get a few replys they throw in the bait to farm the yous.

Another thing I should’ve mentioned is that for escercise I’m not lifting weights or anything like that, just cardio. I’ll do 30 jumping jacks, 30 squats, 30 crunches, and jog or run up and down the stairs a few dozen times at least. I know that’s a light workout but I am sweating profusely by the end of it. 20-50 mins

It is physically impossible (as in the laws of physics do not allow for it) for you to maintain a calorie deficit and not loose weight. If you’re only a few days into a diet maybe it’s water weight. How much are you drinking? Again, it is not possible for you to not loose weight if you maintain a calorie deficit
