Every saturday i eat 2 or 3 burgers, no problem with that, i dont drink soda or anything with refined sugar ever

i have a cheat meal once a week and it hasn't effected me negatively at all. granted i dont cheat that egregiously and have an entire pizza pie or something, but i eat the same 4-5 uber healthy meals multiple times a day, 6 days a week... it keeps me sane.

Anyone who chirps about cheat meals is outing themselves as a discipline-less soiboi. Cheat meals plus skipping a workout occasionally plus going to bed late here and there all add up to the fat fuck you'll remain.

I eat "cheat meals," or meals eaten out, about 3 times a week. Sometimes more if the times call for it. I had taco bell today. Still staying lean and maintaining my weight.

There's no "cheat meals", unless you're literally preparing for a show, you can make room for meal or lack of workouts all within a structure that permits it.

I eat whatever I want and however much I want and wont gain weight. At this point "cheat meals" are probably the only reason I'm at least maintaining.

I know this is just arguing semantics but it's an incredibly loose and subjective term so it would help if you could pin it down.

Never eat or make cheat meals for situations that involve just me.
Will have 1-3 meals a week out with my friends and/or wife for the social gains. If the place is REALLY bad or I’ll be drinking, I pack enough meals and just eat one before going out.

Usually have to do grilled chicken salad from there for a proper meal. But really anything significantly higher than your normal calories is a cheat.

Ok, I'll tell you what I do, when there are some sweets at home, which happens when it's halloween time, or christmas, etc ... I take a slice of the cake, of a handfull of candies, then I chew it above the sink, then I spit it out.
The hardest part is to not swallow while chewing, it takes a bit of practice. Enjoying sweets without gaining weight is easy.
