I went through hip rehab after arthroscopic surgery and my ass came out much firmer and Shapely from thousands of hip thrusts and bridges and whatever. Walking around with a heavy backpack which I do often helped a lot too. I was surprised how effective the bridges and everything turned out to be. I mean I literally have spent 7 months flexing my ass cheek every single time I move around etc as it’s all I have for that hip
This is why its so important to warm-up your glutes before working out. You gotta activate them, wake them up.
