Whats Jow Forums opinion? Is it safe to sprint 30 min and lift everyday?

If you're "sprinting" for 30 mins, you're not sprinting...

Sprinting is good, efficient cardio but very intense and high impeac impact. You could seriously injure yourself if you don't properly acclimate to the exerciser.

user are you drinking again. I though we talked about this.

sprint, it's an ability that could be literal life or death for you, someone you care about, or someone you can save for hero points. all fitness should be tailored toward these goals.

Not just sprinting, also swimming, jumping, climbing, muscle-ups, weighted carries and deadlifts.

Been in track and Field since a very young age. Have the calves of a god.

Brisk walk 5 mins
Sprint 30 secs
Walk 90 secs
Repeat 7 times

Do intermittent sprinting. I'm still somewhat fat so I have to do 30 seconds at 80/90% and 60 secs at 40/50%, for no more than 15 minutes and only at the end of a workout to directly burn fat since you've already used up all your shit in the workout itself
My calves do pay the price though. I have to take it easy on their exercises because they're just about to get rock hard

Sprinting is amazing for stamina and recovery. Here's what I did, it's from some boxing book/magazine, don't really remember but it's great.
>1min sprint, 1 min jog
>repeat until you can do it 12 times
>every day for a month of 12s
>2min sprint, 1 min jog
>again go for 12 sets
>a month of 12s
>move on to 3min sprint, 1min jog
>same shit, aim for 12 sets
DONE. This shit builds massive stam and agility gains, even if you don't do boxing or martial arts, your bitch is gonna love it.

Depends on your goals. Since you are looking more for muscle mass, it would be more effective as you are targeting your fast twitch muscle fibers. However, I would not do it more than twice a week, and also add in a slow warm-up and cooldown to truly work on your cardio. You don't have to do much for the warmup and cooldown: one mile will do. When doing the sprints, you can do all out efforts from 50m to 100m, or do hill sprints. Or, focus on time: sprint for 10-15 seconds, recover for 2-3 minutes. If you want to combine LISS and HIIT, you can do striders: run slowly for 20 minutes, then 5x15sec sprints, recover for 1min45sec after each sprint.

It's Jow Forums, sprinting here is probably easy pace for people half serious about running.

Powerlifter here.

Bro, why? For real. Just lift harder. Are you scared? My squat is my cardio. Come on man. For real

Ask me how I know you’re fat

“Powerlifting” is not athletic and it’s embarrassing to consider it a sport

I find hill sprints to have less impact and load on my joints.

>find 100m hill
>Sprint to the top
>walk back down
>repeat 10 times

Good bait

>100m hill

I'd love to see you do that in real life user, and see your fantasy-world bubble pop after the 20 meters

>3 min sprint
Lmao

>warm up 10 minutes
>ten minutes of ladders- 100 m sprint, 100 m walk/jog, 100m sprint, 100 m walk/jog, 200m sprint, 200m walk/jog, 300m sprint, 300m walk/jog, 400m sprint, 400m jog, repeat until 15 minutes have elapsed
>5 minute cool down jog

FUCK YOU RETARD USE YOUR FUCKING BRAIN YOU DON'T THINK YOU GODDAMN NIGGER

>come on man
>coom on man
>cum on man
