I’ve struggled with forearm growth for my whole lifting career and what I find to be most helpful aren’t accessories but full body exercises. Specifically, farmers walks and weighted pull-ups. My forearms grew massively when I incorporated these into my workout. For some reason a set of 5 weighted pull-ups with +45 gives me a much larger forearm pump than a set of 15 pull-ups.
do pull ups on cannonball grips. wood ones with paracord handles are the easiest to hang and easier for your skin.
Towel pull ups, fat gripz curls, deadlift holds, reverse curl and pinch grip work.
The best way to train forearms imo is to just constantly grip everything as hard as you can on exercises where you hold a dumbell, barbell or handles I even do it when squatting and on other leg shit

Just hold heavy ass weights for like 3 minutes at a time. The people with the biggest forearms are rock climbers and all they do is just hold stuff tight over and over and over
Also avoid wrist curls, literally they fuck your wrist up

its not just some reason. you need really strong forearms to be able to grip the bar with your body weight+ extra. just hanging from the bar would suffice.

Chin ups will do da lower forearm muscle.
Pull ups da upper.
Proper form pull ups require lots of back activation but you can cheat that by focusing on pulling more with your arms.
Prob that's why weighted pull ups give a bigger pump because your back can't pull all da weight so you compensante with da forearms

Any curl is a meme exercise. Weighted pull ups/chin ups and farmers walks as stated above are optimal.
Farmer walks, reverse curls, hammer curls, preacher curls. Really just arm workouts that aren’t too isolated
Deadlifts. Also you can try wide grip on chinups, about shoulder width or wider, they fuck my forearms up real good.
Fat gripz are unironically the best tool for forearm growth. I use them for farmers walks and for rack pulls after I deadlift. Wrist roller is also good for hypertrophy and can train both the flexor and extensor muscles.
Hold something heavy. Barbell stuff is my go to for forearms. Deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, shrugs, bent over rows. That kind of shit. Also, when doing presses, make sure to not bend your wrists back. Straighten wrists and hold it in the bottom of your palm.

Deadlift heavy, do any and all lifts involving a monkey bar (chinups, pullups, all the calisthenic shit, etc.). Farmer's walks help too
Hold any of your pull lifts with your fingers and add some revesre grip curls.
