Can you eat without starving to death for 100$ a month? What would you get? What would you cook?

chicken beans and greens. add some onion potato and peppers for variety
I actually live on that budget
I get milk and eggs by wholesale; occasionally cheap beef like liver or heart for vitamins
For the last few days my diet has consisted of 3-5l of whole milk + 6-12 eggs
Btw I do drink coffee besides that, since I love cold cafe au lait
For reference, I'm 6'4 and 200lbs, ~12-15% bf
I eat for about that. I'm down from 396 to 270lbs on a cut.
I average about 1600kcal.
A shopping list for 2 weeks looks like:
4 packs chicken thighs
36 eggs
4 almond milk unsweet
4lb broccoli floret frozen
4 bag baby spinach
avocados
85/15 ground turkey 3lbs
random other shit
Pretty boring desu but fuck being fat
Last year in college I attempted to eat for the least amount of money while maintaining as much of a healthy diet as I could.
For around 25$ a week I’d eat the same exact thing every day:
Breakfast: 6 eggs with a cup of spinach (from frozen) and half a cup of bell peppers (from frozen). Half cup oatmeal with half cup of 2% milk
Lunch: Cup of rice (uncooked is about 650 kcal) with 2 eggs mixed in
Dinner: 2-3 potatoes with 4 eggs
I’d buy salt and some basic oregano/garlic seasoning and put that on rice and potatoes and eggs. Yes I was eating 12 eggs a day. I entered this all into Cronometer.com and was pretty happy with the micronutrients I was getting. I never ever got tired of the food, actually looked forward to dinner every day. Performed great in the gym too. Didn’t even realize until a few weeks in I was vegetarian, didn’t like that part though.
I eat about 8-12 eggs a day also, i know the cholesterol is going to get me one day but it's such a delicious and cheap source of protein and nutrients I can't stop
I'd honestly try to get on food stamps if you're in the US and you're not just being cheap
You're going to be eating a lot of eggs, rice and potatoes though
If you have access to a freezer you can supplement your eggs with chicken that you got on sale
I'd also start hitting up the food bank for vegetables and canned meat
Add a can of fish (8oz) and it rounds out what you're missing pretty well.
I did get my blood checked about 2 months of eating a dozen eggs a day and everything was perfect so you should be ok. Maybe cholesterol is a meme after all.
Not in the US, european. Plus I'm not poor, I just want to spend as little money as possible and not think about what to make next.
Yeah I have been eating tuna and/or sardines every day now in addition to what I posted and I feel even better. Meat, especially fish, is the good good.
You wouldn't starve to death not eating for a week at a normal weight. You wouldn't starve to death not eating for a month as a fat.
So with $100 you could obviously do fine.
Based and Keto-pilled. Keep it up man
ground beef and fat trimmings from a butcher
D-Dr. Peterson??
Thank you bro

Yes, but it will be mostly boring as fuck.
Eggs, milk, beans, and frozen veggies.Freeze a month's worth of chicken and thaw them out whenever you want.
Some people can just eat the same fucking thing every day forever, so if you're like that you'll be happy.
4kg cheesedogs - 18$
5kg chicken breast - 25$
pasta 10kg - 20$
tomato sauce 2kg - 4$
carbonara sauce 2kg - 4$
kung pao sauce 2kg - 4$

Yes
1)buy a huge bag of potatoes from a farmer
2)buy many eggs
3)buy flour
4)buy lots of oil
5)spend the rest on carrots and meat, can get sausages for quite cheap and chicken sometimes is too. Rice is cheap but its asian shit and asians have no gains and its probably because of rice so dont eat rice.
That's literally how much I spend on groceries per month. Milk, eggs, chicken, rice, beans, oats, frozen veggies, peanut butter. You know the drill.
